First time in this nails spa. Was looking for a local one before doing errands, but seems like Ill be coming here often and asking for these two specifically - by appointment. Definitely recommend this place! Very kind employees and calm environment!

I went to this establishment a day ago. The service was great! I made an appointment and Michael took his time very slow and carefully. I enjoy the attention he gave me and made sure my nails were done top notch. I asked for a design and he created it so beautifully. This is my new nail shop. My advice is to make an appointment so, they can do a detail job on your nails.

This is a clean, professional nail place. Good products with lots of color choices. I understand that the women who work here work hard, are probably underpaid and do a difficult job. However, my experience has been a mixed one here over the years. The women do a good job, technically, but I often have experienced indifferent attitudes and sometimes inattentive sessions with some of the women...dont always feel like a welcome customer.

The cleanest and most sterile salon Ive ever been to and Kathy did a great job on my nails! I felt like I had a special and comfortable experience when I left.

Kathy has saved my nails and my sanity twice now! I let my nails grow out (way too) long, so I could attain the desired cat-claw shape, which led to several of them breaking in very strange and distressing places, like halfway down the nail. So getting glue and acrylic powder patches professionally applied was a necessity. (The clear acrylic polish you can buy at a drugstore only works for, at most, a day.) Kathy put up with my nervousness, and sanded, polished and soldiered on. Ill be back until my nails are restored to their former glory and beyond!

First time last week, I was trying for a while to find my next go-to salon for a manicure since I left NY! So happy I found this clean gem next to my apartment!

Ive been going to the Nailspa for over 12 years, I appreciate the cleanliness, the service, attention to detail, selection of polish choices, and always the experience. I highly recommend the Nailspa on College Avenue! You wont be disappointed.

Absolutely love this place! Definitely a quiet small atmosphere but they take time and do quality work. Will definitely be back!

I went in for a scheduled gel manicure and the nail tech Cathy didnt do a very good job. I had to continually point out things to her to fix, she painted on my skin, and didnt paint to the cuticles. She started off relaxed, but the more people walked in, the more rushed she seemed to get. I will not be coming back

They do a perfect job. Clean. Friendly and Wonderful to take friends too

Terrible nail service. I called about 40 minutes before close and asked if it was OK to come in. They said yes. I shouldn’t have. The tech was rough, rude, rushed my manicure, and had the guts to try to blame my bad manicure on my nails.My manicure was terrible because she didn’t want to take the time to file my nails properly, nor did she want to take the time to clip my cuticles, OR even apply a 3rd coat so that my nail polish wouldn’t be see-through.

They have great customer service and a highly staff that listens. Having said that- such a good mani- pedi, totally worth my money and then some. They take their time to pamper you :)

This shop is consistent and seems like its always open.

Being very honest my nails before was very dry and horrible but going to The Nail Spot they made it so smooth and much more better! Its radiating its very soothing I highly recommend

Totally worth the time and money !! Got super nice nails and staff were attentive !! Cuticles were cut well and painless! Fully relax while I was here

They didn’t have the color I picked out and so when they gave me another one I asked if it was sparkly because I don’t want sparkly. She assured me it was not- turns out it was. One of the most poorly done manicures I’ve gotten and it was pricier than normal (even though I got the “student discount”). Will not be returning.

First review for a nail salon, love this place, nicely decorated and very clean on the inside, the staff here uses clean tools on their customers, and the owner/manager is very active with the customers and always making conversation.

Wasnt happy with the gel manicure when I left, it looked sloppy and my nails were filed unevenly. The polish started chipping/peeling off the very next day. 2 days later I had to take off all the gel because it looked so bad

NOPE!! Thats all I have to say about that
