I posted 1 star for the staff friendliness. When you tell me to book appointment for lashes, I recently found that it means sit for 15 minutes when you arrive because Im busy oh and Im in a rush because Im about to do a pedi and Im going to rush with you. Oh by the way your lashes are crooked and theres some gaps.... I will not be returning. I work hard for my money and Im going to spend it on service that make me glad I did.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years and I think its the best place around. As someone who grew up around salons i have had many bad experiences with service or product quality, especially for acrylics. These ladies do an awesome job, are on point with nail fashion and they really aim to please. Nina is the best I have had the luck of always having her but have also requested appts with her. Yesterday she gave me a full set and didnt like the way my left thumb nail tip was sitting. She said it was crooked popped it off and redid it! I love her for that, even though they were busy she made sure her work was done well. She always asks what I want even though she knows i get the same thing all the time. Every penny is worth it here!!!

Rush job nails are uneven

I like this place. they do nice work. its simple, prices are good and everyone who works there is super nice.

I came here to get dip. They said they don’t do dip so I said oh, ok. Can I use your restroom? Their response...NO!! For customers only as some runs in front of me to stop me from using the bathroom. I explained that I was trying to be a customer and they just ignored me. The people here are only in this for themselves. I will do my nails myself before I come back here!

Nina does a lovely job on acrylics and was so gentle. I am very sensitive and often am in pain but this was pain free

I have been going to natural nails off and on since I was 19 years old. Evertime I went they did awesome acrylic nails and great pedicures over the years. I also got my eyebrows done. They take their time and get it done right!

Natural Nails at 3916 Telegraph in Oakland (next door to Beebe Memorial Cathedral discriminates. . They discrimate against African American males. My sister and I went there today for the first and last time. We didnt have an appointment; we were walk-ins. They had a sign outside saying walk-ins are welcome. About 4 other walk-ins came in after we arrived. Each were told they could have their service done in 15 minutes if they were willing to wait. A short time later an African American male came in and asked if he could get a manicure. The whole atmosphere in the shop changed. One female employee immediately said we dont have any more appointments. She didnt ask him if he wanted to wait nor did she offer him any other conversation. She just immediately said they had no more appointments. The young man asked what time do you close. A male employee said 7 pm. You should know that it was 4 pm when they told the young man they had no more appointments.I asked the female employee who originally said there were no appointments why had she given the young man that response? I asked her why she had not told him it would be 15 minutes as she had told everyone else. She tried to tell me that she didnt want him to wait and they not be able to serve him. I told her that what she was saying did not make sense as there were 3 hours before they closed, and she was able to find time for everyone else. I told her it was not cool.As Im waiting for my nails to dry another young woman came into the shop. She didnt have an appoint; she was a walk in. She asked if she could get a manicure. They told her to wait 5 minutes.This behavior was totally unacceptable. They were blatant in their conduct.If you patronize this place; please Consider whether you want to support this type of behavior. To add insult to injury the manicure and pedicure were not good.

We should not EVER go to Natural Nails, nor any other business that treat our people like second class citizens. Pass the word; NO SPENDING MONEY AT NATURAL NAILS. Not one star is deserved here.
