I paid for a dip manicure in my usual 23 Burgundy dip powder. The owner proceeded to use a pink candy red powder. When I told her it was the wrong color she proceeded to tell me that it will darken and that it is the correct color. Well... one hour later and a gritty finished fuchsia pink color later, the owner states that she mislabeled the new jars and that its not her fault its the wrong color. I wasnt offered a redo or a discount. Only told that she would paint over the dip powder with a dark color like she does for other clients.I have never EVER had a dip or regular manicure like this. Im pretty upset about the experience. It was my one time treating myself and I walked away paying $70+ tip for what I didnt ask for. And they didnt even clean up my cuticles. Just pushed them out of the way during the dip and messed them up with the machine. Really disappointed.

I love coming here for my mani/pedis! The m they do a great job for an amazing affordable price. Not to mention the chairs face Piedmont so theres great people watching.

The main lady lyn keeps making me wait. Ive been a reg. I stop going for a bit but return because her work shows. But numerous times, she has taken walk on customers to make me wait, tell me it be quick, sure but another 20 mins on my parking and holding up my time just so you can make a bit more money while I had appt tim . Not once but twice. I

Great service, always busy but find a time to work you in and appt stay on time! If a nail breaks they are good about fixing their work!
