Oh how I love Cuticles Nail Spa... let me count the ways 1. Cuticles Nail Spa is clean and smells good. 2. I was greeted at the door and experienced the best customer service for start to finish. 3. They dispose of all files and buffers used, which is a SUPER PLUS during this pandemic. 4. Quality products used, the scrub was super gentle and the foot honey was light. 5. My feet have never felt so soft. They feel as if Ive never touched the ground.
Cuticles Nail Spa is a treasure! Tamika, the owner, is a lovely woman, and she has created an exceptional business in natural nail care. I have been a client of Cuticles Nail Spa for 11 years, and the services provided have always been phenomenal. My most recent service was the maintenance pedicure, as there was a dire need for it due to continuous sandal-wearing. The nail technician Miriam took her time in nursing these dry feet back to their former glory. Her nail polishing was neat, and her massaging was gentle. My feet are still very hydrated and soft. I felt safe as Cuticles has always followed strict hygienic practices, so the added COVID-19 precautions is second nature.They have always been clean and sanitary. I have highly recommended Cuticles Nail Spa to family and friends and will continue to does so. Thank you ladies for always making me feel like a valued customer.
I was turned away on my birthday by a very rude lady.She said they don’t do acrylic nails but she was extremely rude and rushed me out the door.I will let everyone I know how unwelcoming my visit was.

Beautiful mani & pedis. Scheduling a nightmare. Closed 3 out of 7days. Sun, mon, tues. Only 3 nail techs. Could be 4 but new comer under scrutiny & only allowed to do pedis. Shes fabulous!!!!! After each pedicure they humiliate her by having a senior tech check her work! Really? Cant u do that with out the humiliation. 50% of the time I have to adjust MY SCHEDULE to theres. 50% of the time Im scheduled mani one day & pedi the next day, if Im lucky. Who wants to to spend both days off at a nail salon. Or just having to go back anothet day...Ive requested from day 1 I wanted SAME technicians, rarely did that happen. After a frustrating schedule experience I always got a call w/changes. Forget scheduling a wax or facial, im full bearded w/unabrow by the time they can get me in..lol. They advertise massage therapy, yet they have no such person. Its so disappointing because they do beautiful work 99% of the time. No discount or refunds on bad mani or pedi. Even if told within a few days. No apologies either. Favouritism? Possible..noticed a difference in treatment & friendliness w/certain staff member&clients. Seemed foney with me. Not margie thats what I call her...maggie may be right. she is fabulous& needs to be recognized by owner, senior staff etc...cant help but think they feel she doesnt fit in w/there style. Very disappointed, thought I found the perfect place, a bit pricey, but if you get what u want & treated equally, Ill pay whatever u ask. it is a service industry may u remind u. 1 star!!! Dont waste your time, like I did.
