Washer will not spin or drain. Was asked what type of plug I needed and was still sent the wrong one because the clerk clearly didn’t listen. Now I’m stuck with a washer that has standing water and a dryer that I can’t even plug up because they didn’t send the right one. Delivery driver called clerk and she said she would bring the right plug after she was off and I haven’t seen or heard from her. So now I have to figure out how to put the plug on and buy one myself.
