In the most friendly voice, they told me no. Even though I have instructions to drop my AT&T router at any UPS Store. Caution: I guess this location is limited and they referred me to 17th & Franklin. Sigh πŸ˜”

This is not open on the weekends at the moment, I got turned away in the lobby on a Saturday. Could you update your hours during the pandemic? Thanks.I updated the hours myself on Google maps as they were incorrect.

We have several times shipped fragile items from the downtown Oakland Marriott UPS store. We have had challenging items to pack and ship.Service has always been outstanding and we have received our items well packaged and on time.

What a rip-off!! They charged me $225.00 to drop off three boxes that were prepaid!! Before going to the UPS store, I checked into having the boxes picked up by UPS online. The cost was reasonable at $15 for the three boxes but the pickup time would not work with my schedule and I had a plane to catch. I then called this UPS store and was informed that there would be a sur-charge, but I figured if pickup was $15, then logically drop-off should be less. Unfortunately, I did not ask β€œhow much”. I was told it was $75@ for a total of $225 when I arrived at the UPS store on my way to the airport. I had no other alternative than pay them. Since then, I called UPS customer service to complain. The person who helped me was equally appalled at the price charged but when she checked further, she informed me that they are a franchise and can change pricing at will. I am fine with paying a fair surcharge for a convenience service but this is shameful and appalling. I am contacting the BBB of Oakland and reporting them. What they did was legal but unethical and immoral.

Great service but can sometimes be unpredictably closed for lunch which is annoying. 5 stars unless you’re looking to go here between 11am and 3pm. You’re taking a chance they will be closed for lunch.

Do not bother coming here. I had a prepaid package and the drop off fee was $8. Also, its not very clear but its on the 2nd floor of the Marriott, I had to walk back and forth a few times. However, thank you for the gentleman working at Marriott. He walked me to the parking lot of Smart & Final where theres a UPS drop box if youre package is small enough to fit. Thank you very much for the kind service!

$8 minimum extra handling fee per package (goes up from that after 2lbs)$7 minimum printing feeThis place is a racket and the hotel won’t allow them to share this information online. It’s completely unethical. Google - I suggest that you remove this location from the map - it’s a waste of everyone’s time.

This store is supposed to be open beginning at 7:30 a.m. during the work week. I arrived at 8:15 a.m. and a β€œBack in 5 minutes” sign was posted. I waited over 15 minutes and still no one came. Marriott staff were even kind enough to call for the attendant, but no one ever arrived.

This store charges a FEE for dropping off a package with a pre-paid label. Mine was $8!? I took it to another location. Also, hotel staff will not tell you this if you walk in with a package. You’ll have to trek up to the second floor to receive this news.

Asking for a $8 hotel fee to drop off already prepaid package (they charge you this fee based on weight). Absolute RIP off!!!! Complete waste of time, dont bother using this as your drop off location unless you LOVE getting shafted...

Excellent service, although it would not hurt if the signs said that it is inside the Marriott hotel and on the second floor, because for those who are going for the first time it is confusing and we have to look for parking, since the hotel does not have parking outside
