Lost our luggage, not before cancelled for our flight three times i a row. The. We were lied to and told for 5 days straight that our luggage was sent to Oakland, then to Honolulu(our final destination) this was not true.Our luggage sat in hobby for 5 days until they sent it to Oakland, then sat I. Oakland for an additional 3 days before I had to raise hell, on vacation, with southwest to send us out luggage. After all that, the baggage check people had the audacity of attempt to charge me, to have it delivered to our hotel.We will NEVER again fly southwest for long-leg trips, or maybe not any at all. And we’ve been loyal customers for years.

Wont pick up the phone. Had a delivery show up and theres no notification for a box of frozen goods that were just set out in the warehouse to rot. No attempt to assist in any manner. All youll hear from them is not my problem, not our fault

The guys there are good but there is a lady that has major attitude, I could see my package and she refused to give it to me. Im a regular and the guys would not say anything... Horrible they made me go back and get an airway bill, when I return I have her a fake airway bill and one of the guys finally said oh its rite here.....

Best shippers at any airport in the Bay Area, Southwest rocks. Plus many of them have crackers at the counter.

The staff here are awesome and always provide outstanding service.

Prices have gone up and not the value it started with. Although a good airline. But other airline is slowly catching up watch out Southwest.

Best airline. I wish they flew worldwide. Fast, friendly, simplified service with humor and plenty of comfy seats with plugs. Plugs and wifi in flight would be nice.
