Mo was wonderful! It was my first time ever getting a hair dye and cut professionally! I love the energy, it was clean, and the interior decor is on point! Mo might not screw up often, but when she does its bad, and on every level. Ive had three haircuts with her and two out of three of those have been fine. Unfortunately the last haircut I had was terrible. I dont know where the disconnect happened, but somehow my hair ended up 3 inches shorter than what I had asked for, as well as a complete hack job on my layers. I have a haircut that I am ashamed of, I dont even like looking in the mirror.When I wrote to her afterwards explaining how upset I was, she offered some shampoo. When I went to pick it up at the time she specified, she wasnt there, and didnt answer her phone or email. When we finally were able to connect via email she made excuses. Im not going to get into all the details, but what I can say is that her complete lack of customer service is very disheartening and frustrating.I have one of those cuts that when people see my hair instead of saying your hair looks great, they say oh your hair looks… different. In the end of it all, it wont be her abilities or (lack there of) as a stylist that keep me from returning, it is her complete lack of care and responsiveness as a stylist with her clients. So if you decide to go with Mo, just hope she doesnt mess up with you.

This has been my favorite, not overpriced, mens haircut place. There is an easy online booking process where you can choose from different haircut options. They are usually booked a week in advance so make your appointment early.
