This place is absolutely amazing! The Decour of the complex is no doubt one of the best interior design jobs that I’ve seen over the years. Now when you add the attentiveness and the professionalism of the staff, that’s what really makes this place stand out from the other complexes in the area. The location of Baxter on Broadway is another plus. Any and all services that you may need from shopping to DMV, to Post Office, to Banking, is all within walking distance. Baxter on Broadway is a very diverse community as well.

I recently had a great experience with this apartment complex. I worked with Danielle and she was really nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel super comfortable and made me feel completely taken care of. I needed to move quickly and she made it happen! I 100% recommend!!

If you order the reviews by time, see how all of a sudden some tenants start leaving good reviews. This does not make any sense! and honestly, dear leasing team you cannot be more dumb when you buy these reviews all within such short time period, its just so obvious you are trying to hide your bad manner and low quality of work. Above all, its not safe living here, cars broken into, bicycles stolen what they are keen on is constantly sending you food truck information, so many spam emails!!

Initially this place was great, convenient location and good facility. Only until you have very rude and loud neighbor moved in then there is this countless footsteps and slamming door noise. I would give this place zero star if i could.

I had the worst experience coming here and touring this property. We arrived on time to our appointment and our tour guide greeted us without a mask. She proceeded to bring us into her office to which I said can you please put on a mask. She said she had to run to her car to get a mask and did not seem pleased about it.From that point it went downhill.When I made an appointment I expressed interest in a one bedroom. She proceeded to show us studios and provided no information about the property, pricing of the unit, or the amenities.She was rude, not engaging and uninformed. She said that the manager of the building did not provide any information for our tour.Our 13 min tour sealed the deal that my partner and I will not move into The Baxter.

Moving before the Holidays can be a hassle, but not at Baxter On Broadway! We toured available apartment suites and one was more beautiful than the other! Quality designs sparing nothing, absolutely gorgeous! Professionally managed and the grounds are spectacular! Danielle is above and beyond what one would expect from a Community Director ! Not only made the application process effortless, but arranged to meet our movers while we were at work! This will be our home for a very long time! Danielle many thanks for your hospitality and professionalism!

Staff is courteous, helpful and dedicated to making your living experience great! Would highly recommend to anyone looking in this area :)

Excellent building that is very well maintained. Currently the public spaces are closed due to COVID-19 but when they are open they are a great value add to the building. Gym is small but sufficient.I see some reviews regarding stolen packages but I did not have any issues with that. I got packages sent directly to my door or used the Parcel Pending setup and was very pleased with the safety. .One quirky thing about this apartment is that the fire alarms are quite sensitive so in the evening around dinner time I could always hear one going off distantly somewhere. However that wasnt intrusive or disruptive.Also the people in the building are friendly towards each other and are generally good neighbors.They also have a great team of leasing office staff as well as onsite maintenance and cleaners. George is the lead maintenance manager. We had an issue with our AC which he fixed and followed up on quickly.Highly recommend!

I live here and I definitely like here! Gladys is so warm-hearted and nice! The only concern is safety. No keys needed for the elevators.

Just look at Amanda Jensen, who is somehow living at and reviewing properties in Oakland, Roseville, Palmdale, Marysville (WA), and Santa Clarita simultaneously. Or maybe Amber Jones, who has scoped out apartments in CA, WA, TN, TX, and FL in the last month. You might even notice that the glowing review she wrote for Urban Center Apartments in Lynnwood, WA is the same, word for word, as the review Jacquelyn Thomas has written for Baxter on Broadway.Management and maintenance is unhelpful and always has an attitude. Theres a reason they have to buy fake reviews.. thats all you need to know about the way they do business. They cannot be trusted. We cannot wait to move out when our lease is up.

This apartment is great, the facilities are new, rooms have good sound proofing. The staff are very helpful, especially Gladys, she is always around and engaged with the community.

Messed up management, they enter your unit during pandemic without wearing mask and very bad mannered! Their altitude changed dramatically once you become their tenants.

Terrible construction quality. I can hear every step of my upstairs neighbor when they walk, and every word of my next door neighbor when he is on phone.

This place becomes worse everyday. The new leasing office is not on top of anything, maintenance personnel is rude too, they came into your unit and yelled at you.

Just moved in. Loving this place. Location is perfect! Right between the laid back vibe of Piedmont ave and the excitement of Telegraph. Loving all the amenities in the building too!

Gladys, Rae, and Thalia are amazing. They couldn’t be nicer and more attentive to their residents’ and prospective residents’ needs. The Operations Team at Baxter on Broadway is also on the ball and super helpful. And, don’t even get me started on the custom decor at the property. It’s gorgeous! The fitness center is such a treat to have available with its top of the line, state-of-the-art equipment/machines. I highly recommend checking this community out....you will not be disappointed.

I live here and I am really worried about repeated break-ins and theft of expensive equipment and bikes. I wish it was safe here.

Packages keep lost, leasing office not really stood up to help and they never reply to your call or email! dont come here!!
