They were friendly and super quick, but my gel manicure started looking weird as soon as I walked out. I got some abstract lines as a design and she used this thin sticker tape for the line work, the stickers started coming up within 30 minutes of leaving the store.

Total rip off, they charged me $25 to fill in 3 nails. No polish, no gel just a fill. There is a warm place in hell for people like this.

I found this place in Instagram Louis b do nice nails but I will never go there again I paid a 20 dollar deposit then after the guy finish told me my balance was 120 dollars! I didn’t even get a pedicure nails only. Any other place would have charged at least 70 dollars

This place is HORRIBLE! So unprofessional. I asked them to clean my eyebrows and the lady thinned them out and the shape is hidious. It is embarrassing having to walk around with these eyebrows. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR EYEBROWS DONE

NAils tech are rude, unprofessional and feels entitled, there prices are over price and not listed, they do ur nails how they want to and expect for you to pay 130 to 150 full set. they don’t use enough acrylic... they aren’t the best at Pedicure and they start 50.00. I like the layout but the ppl who works there need to understand your here to provide service to public and the customer don’t owe you nothing.. priced high and not worth service you receive.

I think this is a cute place, they have nice renovated hall, and they are always have available masters. Im in love. They work fast and see how pretty are my nails.

This store is disgusting! They dont sanitize their instruments in between clients and their workspace is disgusting. My wife ended up with different color nail polish, ON THE SAME HAND! They dont even have an excuse for their shoddy workmanship. They simply blamed the nail manicurist for having a bad day. I understand a bad day but not a nightmare of a job to where it looks like it was done by a child. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere as youll wish you did later. No excuse is good enough for this type of work and attitude!

The prices vary, today it was to paint the nails on the feet, I had always paid 15, do not ask now for the price and when I go out they charge me $ 25 and I had not done the pedicure, they do not have the price list for you to see.

Louis Bu is the most amazing nail tech ever! I give him a picture of what I want and he always does better than the picture! He is super friendly and always squeezes in a last appointment which is super helpful with my busy schedule. I also love the new pedicure station they just installed! I highly recommend this place and when you go always ask for Bu! Make sure to call first and make an appointment because he is super busy always! Thank you star nails for always making my experience a great one!

I just got a pedicure about 4 days ago and they are already chipping. I called and advised that my toes were chipping since I live extremely far and all they said was, “We do not have warranty for regular polish pedicures”. I spent $150 and they failed to repaint my toes. They wanted to charge me more on something they messed up on.

I just left from here and I am disappointed. The guy who did my nails seemed to be rushing, I asked for an overlay but he said my nails are too short so I should get a full set and he will make them short . He started to do my nails and I noticed when he started to put the acrylic on my nails one had kind of a lump like he put too much acrylic on one side and left it with kind of a dent . I didnt pay it no mind because I thought he would fix it with the drill but it seem he didnt even see it .I showed him where he messed up on my nails and he started to file all my nails when it was just the middle finger that needed to be fixed. After he finished the same nail still had a dent in it and he still did not fix it. I showed him again and he still filed all my nails like it would fix the problem. I spent more money than I originally had planned. Dont know if Ill be returning. Update: its only been a week and my toe nail polish is chipping already and a nail came off.

Terrible customer service. Nail tech Louis argued with me because I didn’t like my nails. They were super bulky, and unfortunately his work didn’t look as good as the work on his instagram. Or maybe he just didn’t take the time to do my mine properly. I had to ask for a refund because he didn’t want to redo my nails to my standard.And the way the woman painted my toes, you would’ve thought a toddler painted them. I also find it hilarious Louis said he didn’t need my money but still didn’t give me a full refund, I guess he had to pocket the $5 he shorted meI left with nothing done. This place and the entire staff is a joke.

This is the worst place in Oakland Park area. They take 2 to 3 minutes to do a pedicure. This is the worst experience ever. They make the place look thinking you going to get good service. And the owner said I dont care if you are happy or not pay.If they were a no star thats what I want to give this place dont come.

Not a friendly place the staff acted like they didnt want to give me service when I first went in with my wife. And when we did get service it was not good I got my feet done and the lady act like she really didnt want to my wife got her nails done with gel polish but the lady didnt finish and we didnt get our full service at all so we had to go to anonymous place to get what we need done

This is by far the worst service Ive ever I am a repeat customer and the service looks like its getting worst and worst every time I go I go there because Ive been going there when the previous owners was there and they were wonderful and is convenient for me but I guess I have to find another nail shop in the area that can do better than these guys because the service is very very bad I dont recommend anyone to go to this place not if youre looking for good service in a great atmosphere they take you when they know theyre almost out of time and then they Rush on you and give you poor service very unacceptable especially when Im spending my money
