Ovi is simply the best Zumba instructor and personal trainer. I have known him for five years and have taken his Zumba classes which are energetic, fun, and very effective in burning calories and toning the body. He’s easy to follow and a joy to have as a teacher. I started personal training with him a month ago and I have already lost inches and 6 pounds. He is patient, knowledgeable, and creative when it comes to training. I am an older woman and I appreciate the time and energy he puts into my training sessions. I am going to continue with him for as long as possible. I think anybody who is having trouble getting motivated should try Ovi’s place.! You will not be sorry!

So what really differentiates these guys from the rest? It is simply the people. Ovis Athletic & Dance Studio the instructor is very knowledgeable, passionate and professional in every aspect. He makes every workout fun and challenging!! On Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday you will be challenged mentally and physically by Ovis Zumba class -- he is a true master of his trade, besides he is a great dancer and completelly spiritual person. On Tuesday and Thursday you will def get your moneys worth with Ovis weightlifting classes-- lol... if you can make it through the warm-up you are doing really good!! If that is not enough for you, come back on Saturdays Zumba class for end of the week fun and calorie burner in the morning. If you have anything left in the tank from time to time they have Meditation fun classes that run in a quite and relax atmosphere!!Working out at Ovis Athletic & Dance Studio has been my daily treat for the last 3 years.
