Bare is a good name for this gym since everyone has left due to terrible management. I belonged to this gym for 22 years enjoying convenient location, schedules, great instructors and friendly staff. I never experienced such horrible and rude management until Bare Miami took over. Hearing a screaming confrontation coming from the manager Katheryn during a yoga class was very disturbing but not unusual. Some other issues were that the gym was not clean, the air was broken for 2 years and room temperatures often reached 90 degrees. Lack of good customer service was a huge problem as members requests and needs were ignored. There was not enough equipment. Members were outright told if they didnt like it then cancel your membership. Eventually, all the long time members and most new members left. Classes were cancelled altogether. The instructors left too because they were not paid. Membership now includes only usage of the workout machines during limited hours. This is the worst gym ever! Dont even consider.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst gym..I registered a few months back thinking this was the perfect gym for me since it was all women. This new owner Katherine is terrible. She will not cancel your membership. She is rude. Barely even greets member through the door more focused on trying to sell workout clothes than anything else. It is not going to be all womens either she is turning it into a coed gym. Every trainer that was here before have all decided to leave because of the way Katherine treats them( not paying for classes). Do not waste your time and money, the monthly is 39.99 says it is month to month but they never stop charging your card then threatens to send you to collection if you stop payment through your bank.. COMPLETE RIP OFF

Clean facility, Katherine is wonderful! She made me feel confident and has been very encouraging to me on my path to fitness. A hidden gem, I love this place. Thank you.

So disappointed with this facility. The classes are great, but management and service are the worst. I am on a one month trial membership. When I signed I mentioned I had a job offer pending in another city and was assured I could cancel anytime. I got the job and tried to cancel--surprise! Turns out you need 30 days notice. The manager blamed me for not reading the fine print, took no responsibility for the statements of her staff and refused to work with me to resolve the issue. I liked this gym initially because of the atmosphere, but I regret getting suckered into a deceptive and poor business practice. Avoid at all costs!! There are more personable and well-run facilities to choose from in the area.

My Wife is very happy because she doesnt have to deal with Men in unisex GYMs.Spectacular location brand new machines the shopping center is ok but they have a huge parking space and safe.

This gym was a nice workout experience but manager and staff VERY unhelpful. When I signed up I was told it was a NO Contract gym and would pay $40 a month able to cancel whenever. I went for it because I was moving out of state and only needed a gym til the move. Surprise was when I called to cancel, Manager states they are ONLY contract and Ive been getting charged to my acct without ANY concent to it. Wrote her an email and called and spoke with her plenty times to fix situation. The matter is STILL ongoing... She has yet to cancel my acct. Very upsetting.

Fraudulent, unethical, & misleading business practices! DO NOT GO HERE! The same exact scenario that occured to Lisset Santos (see her post/review) happened to me & a few others!

Got a nasty collections call and I have never joined or attended this gym. When I first said he was mistaken, the guy went on and on that I owed and he would call me repeatedly until I paid. If he is representative of this gym, I hope this place is shuttered soon and the owner goes bankrupt!
