Constantine was very nice and helpful and did a great job with my mini sit.

2 other companies told me that I needed to replace my BARD all-in-1 system with a new one. Constantine from TECH Air came out and showed me that the coils were just extremely dirty. He cleaned them and the AC is working fine. They saved me $4500. It’s nice to do business with an honest company.

Our AC went out so I called Tech Air for the first time. Constantine, the tech, was here in like 11 minutes (we are very close to their office, but still an excellent response time!). 10 minutes later he had found the source of the problem and shortly after that the problem was fixed, with a short time for him to run to the supply house for the needed part. Constantine was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He checked our entire system out, refilled the Freon and cleaned the outside unit, all for a surprisingly fair and affordable price. Definitely recommend these guys. We will be calling them the next time our AC needs service.

Tech Air saved my life and got my AC running in just minutes. They arrived in my house 45 mins after we spoke. The tech was amazing and very professional. I will definitely be using this company again.

I had been without air for over a week which was complete torture being in south Florida. Constantine came in and fixed the issue in an amazing amount of time and was very informative regarding the issues. Absolutely recommend this company for any air conditioning issues!

I been working with tech air for 7 years they installed my unit and there tech Constantine gets a 10 for his serving my unit he was extremely coutesous and professional and all service calls should be like hishighly recommend tech air

Unprofessional is putting it lightly. I experienced an air issue in which I called them out for. The problem was “diagnosed” and I rendered them payment immediately. Less than a month later, the same issue occurred so I called them again. The gentleman informed me of an issue that was occurring that wasn’t diagnosed during the first visit. (Mind you, both of these “problems” ended up not existing and it was a completely separate issue) He assures me there was no charge for the visit as they were previously just out for the same problem. Three months later I am billed close to $300 for unauthorized work which was never performed. I called them to resolve the issue and would’ve been happy to render partial payment for the service call. What I did not expect was to be ridiculed and spoken so unprofessionally (I was called “a spoiled brat”) by the receptionist named Michelle. I will never use this company ever again after being treated with such disrespect.

Constantine arrived within 1 hour of my call for service !!! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. He had our ACs issue diagnosed in approximately 10-20 minutes. It was a bad fan motor, He called the manufacturer, and the several hundred dollar part was still under warranty !!! (brand new part for FREE) Constantine replaced the part and after running the system for a few minutes was still not happy with the temperature split of the air. So he went outside applied 4lbs of freon to the system......Thanks to his forward thinking, and desire to make sure all the bases were covered we are now living like Eskimos in South Florida. We have been with Tech Air for 4 years now, would not trust/call anyone else!!! They work smarter, and with a boatload of integrity.........A++++
