We are so glad to have found Adam and his crew. From Claudia in the office to Christopher our Service Tech we were very pleased. Our first experience was to repair one of our HVAC units the went out on a Friday night. We called and were happy to have a live person answer and get us and appointed for that night. Incredible. Christopher was great. On time courteous clean and let us know exactly what was going on. We were so pleased that we just had them back to service all four units and put them on a maintenance plan. I just replaced my 13 year old Rheem A/C system and wanted to share my experience with those looking to find a reputable company. After spending a few hours reading reviews, I contacted three companies in my area and met with each to discuss my options and receive my estimates. As soon as I met Adam with Abraham A/C, he helped with my decision on choosing his company not only with his knowledge of my old system as well as my options for a new and better efficient unit, but at a price that was so much more affordable than the other competitors. Three days later I had his two man crew of Omar and Avil at my home with my new unit. From the moment these two gentleman pulled in my driveway to the moment they left after the install, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy any customer could ask for. Since I never like to hover over any work being performed at my home, I would occasionally walk outside to monitor the progress and each time Omar explained what improvements he was implementing at no request of mine that honestly blew me away as you dont find that kind of service anymore. He replaced old original corroded brackets(My house was built in 1965) with new metal framing, filled in any gaps around the new air handler with new fiberglass and sealed everything as well as rerouting some copper piping and overflow tubing that I used to step over to work in my carport. Like I said, all this was done without my request which was an added touch to the professional service and attention to detail I was already receiving. My system is running more smoothly and efficient than the day I moved in. I want to thank Adam, Claudia and especially Omar and Avil for making me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. I will definitely be a returning customer when future service is needed.

Great company!! They have such reasonable prices and great customer service. The company I had come out before them tried to tell me I needed buy and install a new $9k unit but Abraham was able to make a simple and effective repair that cost me 30x less than that. Lots of scammers out there but not this company. I would Refer them to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Even on the weekends. My j it was leaking water badly. Called and scheduled an appointment with Claudia. Will came to the house minutes in the time window provided. He gave thorough education on the repair process. Made me comfortable that the job was done right. My house was the exact same way it was before he came. Professional work. Attention to detail. Cleaned up after himself. Nothing was out of place. Not a drop of water anywhere. Removed the coils and cleaned them. Reinstalled and the unit was put together better than it was when he came. Great pricing. I only used them once, I don’t think I’ll be calling anyone else.

After investing almost 5,000 to install our air conditioner that is less than 2 years old, Has not worked more than it has. They charged us an additional 1,800 because the unit had freon leaks before it was a year and a half old. Since then it has broken down numerous times and Abraham charges for each visit until we refused. The unit barely shoots out cold air, never resets, condenser clogs and recently something burnt out and they wanted to charge another 168.00 and the unit is under warranty. I have spent at times 4 to 5 days without air and had to put up with Adamss causal demeanor. Of course, he was not the one without air. His video about the company is a joke, The last visit they came, demanded payment before leaving (I did not pay) and left me with an unworking unit once again. The unit is a lemon and even he agreed and I wanted the unit replaced. Now they claim the unit works fine. I was nice for far too long and now they can enjoy the flip side of me. You pushed me under the carpet probably a dozen times. You turn. As far as your selling tool video I will pose as your example. You sure made a difference in my life. You are a fraud!!! Go somewhere else!! The only redeeming quaity of this company is Claudia.

I had to have thermostat replaced which ended up costing me $200 for a basic thermostat. Everything works but quite expensive to just have a thermostat replacement and wiring.

I made a last minute call to Abraham AC and let them know that i was going out of town the next day and I needed someone to come and check the safety valve on my AC. Even thought they where pretty busy with appointments, they worked me in which doesnt happen very often.Adam was the technician that came to work on my AC the next day. He was very thorough, polite and informative. He spend time not only installing the safety valve but he also flushed the system and rerouted the connections so the unit would be better and more efficient. He took his time to make sure the unit was working at its best. No questions asked, by far the best customer service.

We could not be happier with Abraham AC. We needed a new joint AC/heater unit installed (since the home inspector didn’t look at the unit to realize there was a bad Freon leak when we purchased the home). With so many awful and fraudulent tradesmen and contractors in South Florida, it was refreshing to work with people who have “northeast work ethic“. Our AC started freezing over. We called Abraham AC and they were able to come out same day to diagnose the problem. Turns out, we needed a new condenser. We set up an install for the folllowing week. (They could have done it sooner, but we were going out of town for the holiday weekend). AC techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Adam at Abraham AC who is the owner is very unprofessional. Over the past several years I’ve use this company on several projects. The first project was for exposed duck work that they completely screwed up and attempted to fix. They installed three systems. Two of the systems work OK the third system is a disaster. When I called to have a service done today, He suggested to find a different company. After he made his money on the big project he did not care to do the maintenance of the project that he screwed up on. On another huge project that we used Abraham Ac Adam for about seven units. This job was completely unprofessional. The problem with this company is that they don’t do the work themselves they hire subcontractors who hires subcontractors therefore when the job is not done right they don’t blame themselves they blame other people who blame other people and the job never gets done properly.If I were you I would completely stay clear away from Abraham Ac Adam is the owner. This company is not reliable they’ll take your money at the beginning and run when you have more issues for them to fix they will not be there to finish the project.

Did a lot of shopping around before choosing this company. I read a lot of great reviews and decided to call them out for an estimate on a new air conditioner for my dads house. I am so happy I chose this company. They were very professional, always available to contact, and worked with me on issues surrounding the installation of the AC unit. Claudia was so good at keeping in touch with me every step of the way. Adam was able to get a licensed electrician out to do some work prior to the installation without me having to call around. The install guys had a few issues to resolve after removing the old unit from the house. They were very capable of doing the job and left the job site neat and clean. I would like to start off to give a huge Thanks to David the technician that came to fix our AC! He was so professional, Patient and for sure he knew what he was doing. I called a different AC company before Abraham AC, they did terrible job left us 3 days with no AC all we needed is to change the Fan motor and they weren’t able to fix it. They sent 3 different guys and couldn’t figure if out because My AC unit is in the attic. I called Abraham AC and they send David the same day, it took him 2 hours to fix the mess that the other company did!Thank you guys!!!

I bought a duplex in 2019. Abraham had installed the units initially so, I called them to do service. Appts were made and professional techs came out on time. We had discussions about the condition of both units and I signed Maintenance Agreements b/c its just good sense. Ive read all these reviews and folks should know that, if there is bad news on a unit, Dont Kill the Messenger! If youre unhappy, ask questions up front, do your own homework and deal with it. This firm is professional and they know what theyre doing. Period.

I feel this company is an honest and reputable AC company to do business with. I have dealt with another company who were not as honest. They charged me for a circuit board that was covered under warranty. It should have been free.We had to replace the AC condenser outside because the old one failed. I am getting nice cool air inside my house now. I purchased a new Reem unit. The air handler inside was not replaced because it was running fine. The installation was quick and painless.

Beware of this company!! If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a brand new unit from this company and I’m already having problems. My fan motor quit working on Saturday night and of course this company is closed on the weekends. Not even open for emergencies. I received a call from Claudia on Sunday morning and let her know that I was having issues and that it was going to be 100 degrees on that day, she told me that Adam the owner was going to give me a call. Well it’s now Tuesday evening and I’m still waiting on his call. Adam doesn’t care about his customers at all apparently. All he cares about is the quick easy money. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!! Do not use this company you’ll be very disappointed especially if something goes wrong.

Some difficulties arose during the installation of my new Hydrotech unit (all due to the mechanics of my condo building and NOT Abraham ACs service) and it required Adam and team to come back to my condo numerous times. I have used Abraham AC on numerous occasions in my rental condo. They are honest, do good work, and are reasonably priced. I want to bring up one thing in particular. The entire AC unit needed to be replaced but due to the new efficiency standards the new 14 SEER units would not fit in its designated place. They then recommended that I simply replace my condenser unit with a used one and I could get a few more years until a permanent solution could be found. This was a cheaper option and I decided to give it a try. Long story short, it did not work. Adam, the owner of Abraham AC gave me a full refund for the work they had done. Unprecedented! Its difficult to find honest people in todays world. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I have been using Abraham A/C for all my air conditioning needs, and in a word, the are AWESOME! They have maintained my old unit for years. In 2016 i had to upgrade to a new unit, and they provided a great unit, at a great price and the installers were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone interested in an honest A/C vendor.

Replaced two old central AC units with 2 and 4 ton new units. Great price and service. Excellent quality work. One new unit had a defect about 2 months after install. Abraham responded the same day as called as replaced defective part under warranty at no cost. Very impressive, reliable and honest. Highly recommend.
