The Installation went well, but a tech has failed to show up for several maintenance calls which are a part of my purchase plan. I did not receive courtesy calls for the no show appointments. ONLY when I called that I received profuse apologies, yet no one showed up when the appointment was rescheduled. Such a frustrating experience.

WARNING - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!You are better off without A/c than hiring this company. Check their BBB and FL license complaints. Check their Yelp reviews. Im still trying to have all my issues resolved - over a year later - with help from State of Fl and attorneys.Do not pay in full until you are sure the job is complete and all permits have been successfully closed. Save yourself the future hassle and trouble and look elsewhere.

A nightmare! This company is horrible. They did not fix what they said they did. They double I was quoted the first time. Theyre unprofessional. I have been waiting weeks for someone to come and service my unit since I paid for it. The receptionist is always saying yeah the person is running behind and never comes. Now Im on the verge of getting evicted because they werent solved to touch the unit without the landlords consent,i h I later found out. All they care about is taking your money and not doing the work.

Had a a whole new unit put in last year by these guys. Great staff, great service, good prices. Ive had some issues, mainly because I was cheap in the unit I bought and my wife didnt know where a AC filter went. They are always extremely quick to come out and fix the problem.Would recommend.

What I love about this place is youre not forced to stay home all day. You can go about a regular day and youll be sent a text message when the technician is 30 min away. Very up to date with technology and very compassionate company

Repaired my air conditioning. Love this company, they do great work and they have great costumer service. Will use again.

I would not recommend this company, I order their services after seeing them online for Angie list, the deal does not apply because I have too many vents. I made an appt on Friday Im given a three hour window, 20 mins before the end of the window I called, they stated that the machine broke just now so they cant come, they will fix it and come first thing in the morning, They offered a 10% discount. I stayed home all morning Saturday and once again I called 20 minutes before the end of the window, we are sorry we were busy, ok so reschedule for later in the day for 3-6pm. I called at 4:30pm to get an estimate of arrival, They stated they would call back they did not. I called back at 5:45 no one answering so I called from a different number low and behold they answer I ask when will the tech be coming to clean my ac vents, she told me to hold on, she transfer me to a dispatcher, he is going to tell me that the tech is going to come a little later, ok how much longer because its now after 6pm and I having been waiting for your company for 6hours today, mam I dont know I will call you back, once again they didnt call me back, so I called back at 7:30pm, had to call block to get someone to answer the phone, she transferred me to the guy again, Can you please cancel the appointment I have never had to beg a company to show up to their own appointments, I will never contact this company again
