This UPS store charges very high prices for shipping small items. For shipping an iPad they asked $147 for an overnight shipping. They box items in an unnecessarily large boxes. I will not shop there again until they change their policies.

Beware! Both employees were using their masks as chin guards. Thats not just disrespectful of customers, its threatening their health. Avoid if you care about yourself and your loved ones.First reply to the owner: Thank you for taking action. I improved my rating based on your response and will likely visit this store again.Second reply to the owner: Sadly, I am lowering my rating with no plans to return to this business.Upon my return visit, the only employee I could see was using his mask as an earring. I waited at the counter with another potential customer for several minutes, and he just kept his back to us, never acknowledging our existence.The employees in the back could be heard talking. Perhaps they were working, and perhaps they were wearing masks, but it sounded like neither was true.Unwilling to expose myself and my family to unnecessary risk, and needing to return to work, I left and had to travel to a neighboring town several days later to ship my package.

I was shipping two spinning wheels, (quite oddly shaped and heavy) and he took the time to go ahead and package them himself. He even gave me 60+ dollar discount on shipping and the price of the boxes. The facebook reviews are right, Bryan and his current employees are excellent.

This is my third time in this store and every single time I’ve had a different person give me amazing service!!! Almost to the point that I left surprised every single time. That kind of service is not very common anymore. This will definitely be my UPS store I do all my business with. Thanks guys for the great service. Keep up the good work.

I walked into UPS today to ship an important gift for a family member. I set the package down, and without even making eye contact, An associate looked at my box and told me it would have to be a “special” rate because of its shape AND because it was wrapped in Mailing paper. He said the address could come off, the paper could rip, on and on before even offering a solution. Horrible customer service. I work with customers everyday and this guy should not be working with the public. Ever. I walked out and went to the post office. I won’t be back.

Brian at The UPS store in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.I had a package that I shipped from the Oak Ridge UPS store arrive broken (shattered glass) at its destination. A claim was submitted. I contacted UPS (800) and was notified that the money for the claim had been sent to the UPS store in Oak Ridge and they should have contacted me.I contacted the Oak Ridge store on July 31, 2020. Brian, who identified himself as the manager, said he would look into it and call me back within the hour.He never called.I called back again on August 1st and spoke to Brian who informed me that the money was being sent by UPS in a check form but hadn’t got to him yet and he didn’t know if maybe it was lost... that as soon as it came in he would distribute the funds to me.Since that time Brian has never called me back and has actively dodged my calls and refused to call me back.I called on August 7th left a message.I called on August 14th left a message.Called on August 20th left a message.Went by in August 21st, was told he wasn’t there, left a message.Went by on August 24th, was told he wasn’t there, left another message.Called on August 25th, to no answer.According to UPS, this claim was settled exactly 6 weeks ago.

The service was pretty good, but the worker Joey just stopped helping me and started making a tiktok, he then asked my girlfriend Madison for her number and not only did she give it to him, he ended up sleeping with her in my truck right outside the store. Would’ve been 5 stars if Joey had not made such a good tiktok and seduced my girlfriend.

A UPS store that has very limited/no UPS supplies. Because they dont have the official UPS branded envelope, you have to buy one.When I asked the agent behind the counter about the lack of UPS supplies, I get told it is what it is. My answer is UPS will send you the branded envelope/box to you for free so I ordered what I needed and all is good. Thanks to this UPS store for creating the opportunity to find another way. Happy New Year.

I recently purchased a rare turntable off of eBay and it was shipped by this location. To say I was nervous about it getting here unscathed, is an understatement. Had one thing gone wrong, or been packed improperly, it would have ruined the whole purchase. I have never seen a better packing job. It was flawless. They separated the shipment into three packages, boxed over the original item box, used air pack, tape. and bubble wrap on each item, and made sure nothing would shift during transport. I called the owner, Brian, to thank him. He genuinely cared that the item arrived in good condition. If you need to ship anything, and you care about what it is, and how it arrives, this is the place to go. Thanks, Brian!

The owner is there every time I go in and does everything possible to help. He is super nice and knowledgeable. Their shipping always works well for me. I even came in pretty close to Christmas and they managed to get a package to Minnesota by Christmas eve.

I dealt with a rude clerk who acted like I was taking up his valuable time. He couldnt even ensure that my package would arrive at its destination or that I would receive a refund. He even let out an exasperated sigh when I walked off. I reported this all to the manager who acted like I was wasting his time as well. Never had this happen at any other UPS store. Not sure what is wrong here.

The computers went haywire just as I arrived. They handled the situation professionally. They packaged my items for shipping and got them labeled. They kept apologizing for the inconvenience. However, I didnt experience any inconvenience. I know they were taken down to 1 computer, but that didnt seem to slow them down one bit.

I asked for a bag of packing peanuts and it was such chore that the lady helping acted like I asked for an impossible task. Itd be nice if she would have put down her starbucks cup actually did the simple task of getting me packing supplies. Id highly recommend another job, maybe at McDonalds. heaven forbid you do what youre paid for.

Went there to get a document notarized. I was told by Josh it was going to 10 dollars per stamp which was fine. I asked him if they do witness signature and he said yes for 5 dollars per signature. I said seriously? He looked at me annoyed and said Yea!. I looked through my papers and needed several witness signatures so I said I was going to just get it done by my bank. He got an attitude with me and said It is what it is maam!. I told him I was just asking because it seems a bit high. I then asked him what his name was and he out on that fake smile and said Josh. Wont be back for any more mailing needs. Terrible way to talk to your customer just because I decided to go to my bank as it was gonna be too expensive. Rude

The whole process was rather daunting but having Bryans help made everything so much easier and less stressful. The store made sure the packages arrived safely and in one piece - for that I will always be very grateful. Used to love this place when Sam and josh worked there.The new young Gentlemen that seems to be there most of the time now seemsto self-absorbed To pay his customers any attention I have ignored his borderline narcissistic rambles each time that I have been in recently and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt.Today my frustration reached a boiling point when I arrived at the store before 7 PM And he closed the gate as I got to the door I didn’t think twice about it obviously an attempt to skate out of the store as quickly as possible not knowing I had a very important package to send or considering the needs of his customers or even respect the standards of his work and honoring the hours posted.Definitely won’t be back

Worst experience ever. All I needed was an important letter sent and it to be there by a specific time. They charged me $6 and then a week later the letter gets returned to me for improper packaging. I took it to them because the manager said he would take care of it and the 2 guys inside acted like they had no idea why the post office would do that and told me they would have to charge me another $6 just to send it out again and they recommended that I go to the post office instead and I went there and they had no idea why it got sent back either and they only charged me $0.68 to have it sent out by a decent time. This ups store robbed me of $6 for an incorrect label then blamed the post office when it came back to me, they offered no refund they didnt help at all. I would like my $6 back and until that is resolved this bad review can stay on here and I will contact the manager again as well.
