I have been going to Arcade Barbershop in Oak Ridge for years. Jim is the last man standing. He recently moved his operations to Knoxville at 10547 Kingston Pike inside a hair salon. Due to Covid he has moved to phone reservations but you can walk up and he will work you in if possible.

THE BEST!! You will not find a better barber in oak ridge. Jim is very meticulous and personable with every person. If you really want to have a good day take time to do an original hot towel and shave. You won’t be disappointed! Haircuts are $14 and the shave is $12 Cash Only. It’s first come first serve so show up early.

Jim has been cutting my hair for years. Meticulous work, straight razor neck shave with hot shaving cream. Skip the new expensive fancy places that are supposed to be the old style barbershops and go here for the real thing.

In times past Ive had my hair cut immediately after POTUS. Jim, owner/proprietor of Arcade, outdoes that barber. It is an irony that you will never look as you do before exiting the barbershop.

Told the barber I wanted a trim on the sides and back. I explained that I was going for a 1930s slick back hairstyle. The jerk cut off all of my hair on purpose and gapped it up REAL BAD!!! When I noticed he was cutting all my hair off of the top, I stopped him and asked what he was doing, he said he thought I asked for flat top and started laughing. Worst haircut Ive ever had in my life
