There is a lady there named Mary. Shes been cutting hair for years, she is AWESOME. I told her what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. Will def go back to her.

Tiffany at smart style is professional takes time to explain everything they are going to do and also gives advise if things will work. They also make sure that customers are 100 percent happy if not they will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied . The whole team are great Lynn Johnathan and Tiffany .

Took the kids for haircuts. Was able to get in same day. Its clean and all the staff is friendly. Jonathan did an amazing job cutting their hair. My daughter loves him and now specifically requests him for her hair cutting needs.

My hair is not the easiest to deal with it as it is very thin from an autoimmune condition. Add to that a square face, hair that wont curl and its a recipe for disaster. Tiffany Porter took her time evaluating my hair and discussing what she thought was best. She custom mixed the color she thought was most flattering for my complexion without damaging what little hair I have. Added to the perfect color was a great cut that gave me the illusion of more hair. No more beachball with a greying toupee look for me! Highly recommend Tiffany and the Oak Ridge salon.

BEFORE YOU GO HERE READ THIS!!!!! So they told me they would redo my hair so when i called a little over a week later (to give it a little time between having chemicals on my hair) I was told it was 3 days past time they could do it I was scared to even redo it but I was going to but they just DID NOT want to fix my hair or refund it I WOULD NOT GO HERE I WISH SONEONE WOULD HAVE WARNED ME!!!!!I had went in for lowlights and highlightsThe young man totally messed my hair upAnd said what I wantedWas a big changeAnd next time IAnd next time I come I could get moreThen they told me I could get it redone and now theyre not going to do only a 1 star cuz i had to rate it but id rate it a half of a star

I always enjoy getting my hair cut, colored and styled by Mary Williams. She is on time, professional, and I always come out feeling and looking fabulous! Ask for her especially with highlights and color she is simply the best! She loves what she does and it shows!

I have a great experience every time I come in. I get all over platinum blonde done by Jared and he does amazing. All the stylist are very professional and good at what they do. Highly recommended this salon.

Love the place. Jared is the only stylist that I have found that cuts my hair exactly the way I want it done. Great prices. Busy at times but thats ok.

A+ service. Ive gone to see Jared (This one guy there that cuts my hair) so many times and hes never screwed it up. I recently took my girlfriend to see him at this same small business inside walmart. My girlfriend is super self conscious when it comes to her hair. She had a huge knot that wouldnt come out, Jared sat her down right away, and started working at it. He got the knot out and cut her hair beautifully. She tipped him like $15. Which is a lot more than she usually tips hair stylists.

The lady who cut my hair was very nice and cut my hair well, but when she cut my bangs they were uneven.

Mary is the best I had some of the worst hair cuts in my life from people I even went o a high dollar salon and got a crappy cut I started going to Mary when she worked at the turkey creek store now she has moved to oakridge and I drive from Loudon tn shes awesome!!!
