There are very few barbers and stylists Ive come across who do such an exceptional job as Diane. Her work is outstanding. Not only have I had my hair cut by her, but have recommended her to others. Everyone has been so happy with the results. Shes what makes Cost Cutters a cut above the rest.

Went in for a trim of my beautiful waist-length hair. Wendy cut a layer making it two layers. It looked like I had a cap of hair on my hair. It was gapped and unevenly cut all over. At least 6 inches of my hair was just gone. She tried to cover her mess with a smooth-in product. A second stylist the next day tried to fix the disaster but was unable. My hair is ruined. It will take about three years to grow this out to acceptable proportions. She needs to find another career. Never again!

Went in for a trim with Diana and it looks like a hacksaw was taken to my hair. I’m having to cut off about five more inches now to sort of make it look better. I have never had a worse haircut in my life

After terrible experiences with local salons in the area messing up my hair this cost cutters has saved the day more times than I’d like to admit. The staff is all so helpful, talented, and kind. The haircut I most recently received from them is definitely the best one I have gotten in a long time.

I took my grand daughter in yesterday at 4:15 for a shampoo and trim. She said that they closed at 5 so there may not be time to blowdry. It took her 5 minutes to shampoo and 10 to comb and trim. This woman was rough at the shampoo station and combing my tenderheaded grand daughters hair. Charged me 22.50 and we left at 4:35. She had plenty of time to blow dry her hair. We WILL NOT return there

They need people who know what to do, their own suggestions might help, or at least listen to you. Not what their computers read. Hair cuts change for some people

Worst hair cut Ive ever had, uneven, cut dry so hair flew everywhere. Been waiting for it to grow out so I can get it fixed ELSEWHERE. Im 51 so Ive had allot of haircuts. Terrible job

That woman just RUINED my hair!! I asked her to do a side of head shave and it is uneven, hideous and looks NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE I SHOWED HER. Why would anyone do that to someone. This is horrific and there is nothing that can be done to fix it
