Poor customer service- scheduled service for transmission replacement for my vehicle. Service was to be performed on 8/16. I called a towing company to transport the vehicle to kelly service department. Prior to the tow company pickup, I contacted the service department to see if I needed to travel with the tow person. When I spoke to someone at kelly, I learned that the mechanics were on strike and was not performing any vehicle maintenance. I never received a cancellation call from any one. But I did receive a confirmation text reminding me of an appointment. Good thing I called just in time before I had my vehicle towed over. I would have paid a towing fee for nothing.
