Rick and the whole crew are so awesome and welcome everybody. They could definitely make you smile and laugh no matter what questions or problems you have about or with your car. They do an amazing job and still work with you on prices and other adjustments. Ive been going here since my first accident a year ago and is the only place I go to for my car because I trust them 100%with my car. This place is highly recommended in my opinion.

I had such a seamless experience. I called to let them know I needed new brakes, they were able to fit me in the same day, and order the parts in advance. I dropped my car off, went shopping, and got my car back shortly after. The pricing is fair and transparent. The service was great. They are honest- I accidentally left a $100 bill in my car and it was still there when I got back. I can’t speak any higher of them.

Patons is fantastic!! Overall, informative and efficient. I had my engine re- manufactured and my 2015 Equinox runs like a Bentley, not quite, but you get it!! I highly recommend this establishment because of their in depth knowledge of automobiles. The customer service is impeccable. Rick is phenomenal along with his staff.

Great Service. Very honest Owner. Mechanics are top notch. The shop takes appointments or you can just walk in. Had 5 years experience of coming to this repair shop. Brake jobs oil changes and even a transmission. No nonsense. Car was always ready when promised. The price I was quoted was the cost I paid. No haggling. No misunderstandings. Good place for repairs with peace of mind. I highly recommend anyone to give this shop a try. Has long hours. 8 am to 7 pm Monday thru Friday. Bring your vehicle in. You wont be sorry.

Honest, fairly priced and great service

I cant say enough positive things about this place. My service was quick, pleasant, & thorough. What I liked the most about how Rick does business is that he is immensely honest & straightforward. I went to him for a second opinion after being told that my entire engine needed to be replaced and he quickly deduced that, that was just not the case. I will undoubtedly be returning to him for all of my car repairs.

Had an oil leak that I took to other mechanics 5 times and it would always leaked again took it to them they fixed it for 33 dollars picked up my car and dropped off another one the very next day found the problem both my cars are running perfect very honest mechanics those are hard to find will be a life long customer defiantly recommend them

MY MOM HAS BEEN TAKING HER 97 COUGAR THERE FOR YEARS. AND IF SHE HAS A PROBLEM AFTER THEY MADE A REPAIR THEY WILL TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND IF ITS THEIR FAULT THEY WILL FIX IT WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. Was given runaround all day at global auto and the owner of this shop saw how I was treated over there and immediately drove my business truck that I rely on daily and told me the issue in five minutes not only did they fix it first thing next day the price was extremely fair even gave a generous tip due to the service I received my van has never ran better!!

Awesome. I needed a new side mirror. The owner searched his sourced then called me back and thought they were too high. He had seen some on eBay, recommend I get the part myself to save some money and he would install it for a really decent price. Who does that?! While I was there, another cusromer was singing his praises from a previous experience he had. He was getting brakes done at this time. The price he ended up getting that day was almost half what it would have cost from the dealer. They also stayed open late to finish the job for him same day. He had been happy with their work before and Im still happy with the work they did for me. I doubt youll find a more honest, higher quality work mechanic evar. Your search is over.
