I visited this location by accident, and I’m glad I did. I believe I was the last car of the day but I was treated like I was the first. The professionalism of those young men was astonishing! Not only that, but Joe went above and beyond for me and for that he gets much adulation! I would visit this location again and again. Please, corporate people of Jiffy Lube, recognize that Joe is a hard working individual so take care of not only him but all of your employees.

Not only does is this worker ignorant and rude(omar). It’s like your getting dropped off at work (claims to be a grown man) for some reason he got to work 5 minutes early which is great and awesome. But then he doesn’t do any work for 2 hours into work?? It’s so confusing cuz we called and ask and we were understanding like oh he’s there alone but then when I called and talked to him he said 9:00 / 9:30 so I’m like cool that’s perfect we get there he has attitude “I’m not open yet” like sir you haven’t even told us anything then he says the other guy won’t be in for another 30 minutes it’s not just me I’m not going to stop leaving reviews until this changes it’s so ridiculous

They changed my oil & didnt tighten the oil filter good enough it leaked out 3-4 quarts of oil by the time I got it back there the manager told me it was my oil pan leaking but i had checked it out and seen it leaking from top of the filter he changed the oil & filter again & charged me $87.22 again. The team leader Joe M said my van has high miles 158 k so its going to leak oil ( like he knows what hes talking about) but before I had it changed it didnt leak a drop & it doesnt leak now after. I would have argued but Im to busy and I wasted enough time about an hour & 20 minutes waiting in line there cause they dont have enough people working

Jiffy Lube was my last option to get an oil change due to having my oil changes performed at my local Nissan dealership Kelly Nissan. Well they were booked for the next month so I decided to pull up to Jiffy Lube and was amazed. Kyle the technician who performed all services for my SUV was amazing. He provided stellar service and recommended additional services. Great service and cool staff! Keep up the good work. You guys may have won me over no more 2 hour oil change waits at Nissan. The website states they open at 8am. Tjete were 4 cars waiting in line and nobody was there. Its 9:45. I wont be back, going elsewhere.

I hadnt been there in years. Made a appointment to have a cabin air filter put in. Omg!! Jesse is the man. He has amazing customer service skills!! Friendly, Professional and knowledgeable. I went back to a Jiffy Lube location for my oil change after remembering they had the best prices. When I went this time, I was shocked to find out it had more than doubled in cost. Paid over $100 for an oil change...and the techs didnt even know my motor size or how many quarts of oil to put in. They also took all my information down AGAIN and claimed I was not in the system and neither was my car. Even though I had been there before. Two stars because it is a quick in and out job.

I have to say, the entire team works like a well oiled machine! The manager Joe does not act superior. He is a member of the team. They are fast yet thorough! So glad I took the drive. Well worth it!

The guy that worked there was extremely rude. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a women but relax bro. It’s an oil change, not Brian surgery. Also the price was ridiculous. Ninety something dollars for an oil change when I had a ten dollar off coupon on top of that? No thanks. Definitely never using this place again.

I got my oil changed earlier today. The service was fantastic, and I was done in about 10 minutes. One of the best experiences Ive had doing an oil change.

I needed 2 quarts of oil added due to a leak. They took me immediately. They were very courteous.

Was with someone getting their cars oil changed I gave it a 3 Star rating because Ive never heard of the technique of sucking oil out of dipstick tube as opposed of draining it from underneath the car from oil pan. I would think youre leaving some some old gunk oil in the pan.

After taking a day off to get my oil change at a nearby dealer that offers fast oil changes i was turned away and was told I needed to make an appointment, at least 1 week in advance. A quick Google search led me to Jiffy Lube in oak lawn. They had 5 star reviews so I decided to head over there and was pleasantly surprised. Drove right up, was offered to stay in my vehicle while Joe, Carlos, James, and Ronnie went to work on my oil change and multi point inspection. They topped off my fluids and asked before they charged me for anything extra! They have competitive prices, and had everything done within 15 minutes. What a team!! I highly recommend them! I will definitely be coming here from now on for oil changes in the future.

Im staying with Mobil1 Lube Express up the the road on 87thst. They know how to care for yiur vehicle as well as give good prices. Its not a guessing game there.

I absolutely love this location. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They also made me feel very comfortable and were not pushy when it came to upselling services. They also do a good job at explaining why certain services are needed to help maintain your vehicle. On top of that, they move quick and efficiently. I appreciate them a ton.

1st and last time! Joe was very rude, rolled his eyes when I asked him to repeat the difference between the 2 oils! Some places require you to notify them if your using a coupon, I mentioned before hand, Joe replied… yeah yeah I will scan it after.

I went for an oil change (1st one since Covid 19 kicked in) and I got to experience the driver stays in car while they did the service. Youll have to excuse the pun, but it fits perfectly - The teamwork that they showed was that of a well-oiled machine. Everyone knew their jobs and performed them flawlessly. I will definitely be returning here for all my car needs.

I’m at the jiffy lube and it’s two men’s that’s here telling me that the system is down. I’m not understanding if the system down why would they be still inside getting paid to just stand around and play music. Please don’t waste your time coming here with these lazy people.

Third x i had gone 2 jiffy lube that week, could not get spark plugs replacement at same place, poor service

I’m not one to complain but I went in for the oil change and was out in less then 5 minutes. Things on the check list were not done, clearly because floors were not vacuumed but say completed, windows were not washed in or out and this makes me question if they even checked anything else on the list. I paid $45 for an oil change and I expect that everything would be done. I will be contacting a manager tomorrow and bringing the car back for an inspection.Do not recommend this location.

Quick service by trustworthy people! Just got an oil change and was advised I desperately needed an air filter (oops). Joe, the general manager, helped me get the part and swapped it out right there. He’s was very nice, knowledgeable, funny and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need - “gotta look out for my neighbors”.
