It was very clean the lady who did my nails was super nice and did my nails exactly like the idea in my head. Definitely going to her again wish I got her name but she really did a good job on my nails

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! Theyre very unprofessional. I left because the guy who worked on my nails did a horrible job filing and refused to correct his mistake. He just sat there when I told him I was unsatisfied. I have never written a review before but felt I had to this time.

I did not like my nails and asked them to fix or change them and they refused so I refused to pay the full price I said I was willing to pay the original price minus $10. I gave them the money and they followed me to my car and held my door open so I couldn’t shut it hollering and taunting me. I was so scared and I am non confrontational . This experience has truly traumatized me.

Courteous, clean and they dont rush thru your mani/ pedi like this other place do that I use to frequent, (Chicago Ridge mall)A spa experience should be just that! Not in the chair for 10 minutes and then rush off to the next customer. This will be my go to place from now on!

Tech needs retraining on how to probably do nails . First time here . Felt rushed and when asked for them to be done a certain way the nail tech got an attitude . Constantly said I didn’t like how my nails were and they expected me to pay full price and not fix them either . Very unprofessional! Don’t recommend! Not good my niece who’s 7 does a better job!!!

Please please don’t come here! Cindy did my no chip mainure and we all know the process of getting your nails done. She literally cut them, buffed them out, then she pulled out the nail polish I was like wait you’re going to start to paint them already she looked confused. My no chip manicure is something I would do at home NOOO JOKE. My nails are flat they have no dimension to them. Absolutely the worst salon I ever been to.

I get to the place so many times always left a big tip but last visit was horrible. I said what I wanted but thay did totally different job and it was looked like my manicure was done already 3 weeks ago. Idk what went wrong but hey is so many places like this and much better.......

Cindy was nice but she did a freakin awful job on my no chip pedicure. I have several nails that are only half covered in polish. I have polish on 3 diff toes. And the clear was not pushed down the sides so I have a weird ridge on my big toes on the side where the clear polish cured at a weird angle. My big toes are both extremely crooked and my little toes are cut so short it’s disgusting. I won’t ever come back.

I come here all the time but today will b my last 3 days ago I got a fill with no chip and today my nails chipped and I was charge for getting them fix. I got charge for something they did wrong. They are over priced anyway I will not b back

I got a gel fill in on Friday and by Sunday the gel had started chipping off. I went back to have them redo my nail and was told they only fill in the bottom but they do the entire nail. By Tue 2 nails have chipped so it shows that the put the gel on way to thin and refuse to right their wrong. I will never go there again. No reason for the gel to be chipped off days after getting them done for $25 for a fill in.

She was not professional and she charged me extra she told me a price and after she finished she ask me for a different price and my nails didn’t look nice

I use to come here for many years and now after they opened back up the service is not good at all. I understand that Be safe which is great but Kelly did my feet and nails and messed up my feet and I had to come back the next day. When she start to do my eyebrows I had to ask for someone else to come and finish. Not one time she apologized for messing up. Not good service at all. I wouldve give one star but two for being clean and offering water.

The atmosphere is nice. Location is clean. Not enough nail techs. Luckily I came in when I did, because everyone after me had a wait. My nails are okay, but they are expensive!! They charged me $45 for an acrylic full set with no chip. I get my nails done all the time different places, and the most Ive paid was $30. I wouldnt go back based on the prices.

Don’t bother making an appointment because you will have to wait anyways. Made an appointment with Kevin and got there at my appointment time and was told I had to wait at least 15 minutes cause Kevin was busy with a pedicure on another customer. Great service, fast and good quality manicure

This is my second visit and its been a great experience everytime. First time I sat with the man who sits in the first seat maybe his name was Tony, he was very nice and can give an amazing hand massage they accommodated our group of three which included my daughter for her birthday she rubbed off one of her nails the guy I sat with (Tony) fixed them no problem and was very nice made her feel better because she was feeling bad. This time I sat with a woman wish I would have got her name she seemed to be doing the scheduling today she was great fixed all the little things I noticed about my nails some without me mentioning I did the magnetic polish and couldnt be happier with the results. Definitely think this is my new spot! 😊***Edit***So one of my nails popped off last night went back and Amber got her name this time fixed me right up no hassle no extra charge. 😁

Update RE: Owner’s Response. Again, I was not happy with the polish job. Three coats of polish and one coat of top coat is still four coats of polish. On top of that, it was sloppy, bottom line. Hope your camera caught the amount of coats she applied. Either way, I was not happy with how the polish looked and I have a right to say so. Also note, I’ve never complained or left their shop without paying. This was indeed the first and LAST time. The owner’s response is as poor as their service. Shame.I would never come back to this shop. My family will not return to this shop. My friends will not return to this shop. My enemies will not return to this shop.I’ve been coming to this salon sporadically over the last two years, however most recently, I’d been coming consistently for the last 3-4 weeks. Not a huge fan of their no-chip service or acrylic service...they are a bit rough and rushed. The pedicures though, I had no complaints, so I continued to patronize their business.Today, I was not happy with the polish service done for my pedicure and expressed my concern. I wasn’t rude and I wasn’t yelling. The guy who sits in chair 1, young guy, is who I addressed because he usually runs the shop. He consistently spoke over me and offered 3 different excuses blaming me for the service. I asked that they remove the polish and I planned on going about my business. I told him I didn’t appreciate the way he was handling the situation and I stood at the front desk to pay. The pedicure was fine but the polish was trash, so yes, I was going to pay for the service.He jumped out of his seat to tell me that they are professional and there was nothing wrong with the polish. He’s yelling at this point. And it is clear that he does not want their work questioned regardless of how poor the final product is.I walk out and said I’m not paying to be yelled at and damn near threatened. He gets in my face outside, takes a picture of my license plate, runs behind my car and bangs on the trunk. I’m furious at this point. He calls the cops and describes my physical appearance but also adds that I’m being very aggressive. I told him don’t touch my “f**king car” and got back in my car. I waited for the police to come and at no point was I the aggressor.Legally, I had to pay this punk and while the cop understood my frustration, he explained why I had to pay. This was even more frustrating. I paid. The smug look on their faces was infuriating. Clearly this isn’t the first time he’s done this.

Honestly the only person I liked here was Scott he did my nails perfect every time. But Tony said today that he no longer works here. So I had to get my nails done by him. I personally HATE getting my nails done by him he does them fast and sloppy. Unless Scott comes back I will no longer be coming to this establishment.

Really good customer service and the employees are very friendly and attentive. Not a fan of artificial nails so I always get the no chip manicure which lasts 3-4 weeks. They are offering a winter special of a free paraffin wax with some of the services. I also appreciate that they offer complimentary bottles of water.

Took me and my husband here for pedicures and I got a full acrylic set and I must say I am really satisfied with their work. This was our first time going here so we were skeptical but the staff were nice and took good care of us. My husband has bad feet, he walked out with them feeling and looking 10x better.

I went here on Sunday and the service was amazing!! The ladys there are fantastic and they did a wonderful job on my nails and toes. Perfect prices and she even gave me a mini massage when I was all done. I will never go anywhere else!

A bit overpriced. Went in for no-chip pedicure. Pedicure is $25-30 to start no chip is +$20. Work was done very well and feet look good. But I dont feel comfortable paying $50+ for a pedi when there are locations that do just as well for much much less. Not busy on a Wednesday afternoon. Polite staff comfy setting. DO NOT COME HERE IF ITS FOR A SUPER IMPORTANT EVENT SUCH AS PROM IR A WEDDING. The only reason I am giving one star is because the pedicure was good. For starters I felt rushed whilst picking a color. I was being asked multiple times if I had picked one yet. I had gotten acrylic fill in and I was missing a nail. So he puts the nail and makes it completely different than the other ones. Then re does the rest and then makes them all way shorter than what I wanted. while trying to tell him that I wasn’t happy with what he did he kept saying oh it’s fine and giving me attitude. He starts filing them down w the spinning file and he kept cutting my fingers and every time he kept cutting me bad I’d flinch my hands and he’d get mad and say not to move my hands. I do admit I did have trouble with picking what design, but he was impatient. And then I asked for French with designs. He told me it costs extra per design per nail I said ok. He did not put the pink on so the nail is completely see through and he did not finish taking off the red from my previous nails so you can see it and it looks very bad. I am completely dissatisfied. And I would not want these nails to be in my prom photos. If I could give this place 0 stars for nails I would. The pedicure was 3 stars because it was rushed. I 100% will never come back here and I would not recommend it to anyone. Also while my mom was telling them she was not happy he made a scene in front of everyone and got extremely loud. The whole salon was witness to this. He came over and grabbed my hand to see it and was yelling that it was good work.

I had to keep telling her OWWWWWWWW for her to stop also she burnt my foot with the hot rocks !!! I used to come to this place often to get a full set of acrylic nails and they would do an amazing job and it was the only place I trusted. But since a couple months ago the place has changed and got all new staff and they did a horrible job on my nails and charged me for everything I will NOT BE COMING BACK! WAY TO OVER PRICED

I went in for a no chip and they sold me on the dip manicure. I did pick a light color but it was alot darker on display and quality was really poor. Didnt even have a full coverage on the whole nail. Overall both employees I interacted with were rude. Owner even accused me of taking part of dip manicure off(when you have to soak off). He also stated he would fix but I had to wait again. I will never visit this establishment again. Tony likes to argue and super rude. I witnessed him tell another customer that she had to wait for warm water on her pedicure. She kept telling him the water was cold and he made her wait ten minutes before he got up. She just kept telling him its cold. Worse experience ever?!

The only nail place I go to. If you call ahead of time you don’t have to wait. And the staff is extremely nice and always love how my nails/pedis look!

When I walked in for.a Mani and pedi. I specifically told the young man that I needed a experienced nail tech who is good at getting in grown nails out. While he gave me the older lady who didnt speak English, cut my nails uneven, and could get the in grown nails, but just cut them. Which is the worst thing you can do. I told them that she needed some assistant. They tried to help her, by explaining my needs, but she just could do the job.

My pedicure with Jenny is fantastic, nail cut and cleaned well. Facial is also well done with new effective products.Salon has been renovated, spacious and clean relaxing atmosphere. $ well spent there.

Because of the reviews my daughter and I gave Stacys a try. Pedi/manicures and $90.00 later, the worse we have ever received. They barely touch the cuticles on both feet and hands. They did not buff the nails. The trimming was next to nothing. My daughter actually had to file her own nails because the girl either had no idea, or was afraid. Who knows. I was so embarrassed of both feet and hands. It was horrible!!!!! The only upside, the nail colors looked fresh. Never again!

Today was the first I felt not welcome. Ive been coming here for more than six month on a average I spend 80. I always go to the same people. The first customer to come in than I requested a service Ive gotten more than once and I was told she cant do Ombre on my nails anymore, I asked why and even offered to pay more, I was told you cant do it anymore on just your ring figure. It saddens me because Ive seen them do others.. Oh wellI guess Ill spend my money where customer service is number one.

Based off google reviews of this establishment, I made an appointment to get a gel fill with no chip polish. As a “first timer” at Tracy Nails, my experience there was a complete nightmare. Not only was I there for 2 hours- the nail technician cut me with the nail drill and drew blood three times!!!! It was the most scariest and painful nail manicure I’ve EVER experienced. My nails were taken care of by a different nail tech but I left there having to nurse open cuts with antibiotics in fear of getting an infection. I truly wonder if all the technicians at this location are licensed and experienced....In addition to the horrible service, they’re way too overpriced.My experience was not pleasant- it was a waste of my time and money.

Was very disappointed with my nails done by Tony. My tips were much wider than the rest of my nails. He also didn’t file under and on the side of the nails to unstick my skin. The edges of the nail bed aren’t even polished! The prices are ridiculous, $45 for a full set w/ no chip. Worst spent $45! Miss the old owners very much

WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HEREUpdate: what happened?Well when i first walked in Jimmy decided to take care of me i told him i wanted light pink ombre nails and showed him a picture he said he could do it. As he was doing my nails he obviously did NOT know what he was doing and kept asking people for help once he was finished it was HORRRIBLEEE. it was a mess far from ombre nails so when he realized how awful it looked he offered me to choose a dark red color to cover up the entire ombre instead of taking of the ombre and letting me choose a color of my choice. I was practically forced to choose a dark color so the ombre doesnt show under the color and he even charged me $55 dollars that day. I even complained to the owner that day too he was very mean and did not seem to care at all. This place only care about money and not customer satisfaction.

Its a good place to get your nails done but like a lot of other nail salons it was crowded and it probably didnt help that I went on a wednesday. But good service.

I believe RAIN just showed up to to work because he had to,im extremely disappointed with my service today,i drive about 30 mins just to come here after today i WILL NOT WASTE ANOTHER MILE OR MINUTE TO come back to this establishment. My experience was very poor. Theyre usually my regular salon until today, it took 2 hours to get my nails done because they continued to interrupted my process to take care of others and screamed at an employee on her first day! I dont recommend it at all the wait was not worth the terrible and rushed work paid for.

Usually I have a good experience! But not this time! My pedi was ok but my fill in wasnt I was burned multiple times and I have small pieces of pink color from my last nail style still on at least 2 of my nails and I paid 70 just for s pedi and no chip fill. Honesty I dont like complaining but this was not right at all in most likely will not be returning.
