They did the repair work nice but damaged whole different area scratching up door on opposite of work. How do you fix drivers side area but scratch up passenger side area. Woe

The guys here are great, knowledge and keep you up to date on the progress of your repair far better than any insurance company. Through fast yet very very precise to make sure once you leave you wont have a reason to come back. This is sadly my second time having to take a Jeep of mine here and its been as good as new each time.

I had my hood repaired was told to wait 30 days before washing my hood It was just about 30 days I saw that the very spot they repaired was damaged, bad paint job. I informed them immediately they said they cannot do anything that a Rock must on hit it. Just about 30 days after repair and they will not fix my hood. I do not recommend anyone to trust there work the paint job was not done right for it would of not crack and bubble up poor customer service for sure !!!!!!!! I work in sales I would never treat anyone like the way they treated me very cold, unfriendly, uncaring, we cannot fix it that was there solution who would want that kinda service beware!!!!!!!

Russ is an obstinate loudmouth that doesnt keep quiet long enough to listen to the customer. Put the wrong parts I my vehicle and acted like it was my fault. Then he had the audacity to lie and say my wife authorized the changes. No, she didnt. Then he said the parts were discontinued. Funny, cause a 30 second Google search yielded the parts in question were available. Even after I pointed out on the original estimate that they had the wrong part listed. I guess his well take care of it meant he would just put whatever part on he wanted. Not to mention another body shop made one phone call and sourced the parts I question and now Allstste will be paying an additional $1000+ for the new body shop to remove, cut, custom paint, and reinstall the correct parts. A $90 part turned into $156, something that I was paying for myself and again something I specifically inquired about prior to the work being done. Very shady. Unfortunately it will cost Mancari any future business and I have purchased 2 Wranglers and had all my service work done there. Not any more. And everyone I know is going to know how Russ continually insulted my vehicle, me, and is a loudmouth liar.

Never bring any of your cars here. Brought my car in to have insurance work done to it. Before I drove in the car drove fine but the same street when I picked it up 8 days later its making my car make a loud clunking noise when it didnt before. I also found paperwork and a receipt in someones name that isnt my own inside of my car. Then the manager proceeded to call the the insurance company in front of me and LIED to them and said that I claimed some one took my car off the lot for a joy ride when those words never came out of my mouth.
