Let me first say that I’m a Mazda lover. I’m on my second Mazda6 Touring and will most likely stay in the Mazda family.I needed help from Mazda’s Service Dept, so I visited Mazda of Oak Lawn for the first and last time.I walked into their doors, saw Mazda employees, around 4 or 5 sitting at a desk. They all looked at me. Then, a guy walked out from another location, looked at me and still nothing was said to me. I saw another person sitting at a computer, still nothing.Okay, so I walked out, hopped in my beautiful metallic red Mazda6 and went to Mazda of Orland Park where I have always received exceptional service and attention. They did not disappoint me today either. I should have went straight to Orland Mazda.Oak Lawn should work on their customer service. I’ll never give them my business. Not even for an oil change.Cheers..

Worst place ever. Dooo not shop with these people when I’m done with them they will feel it. I purchase two Mazda’s from this dealership and the customer service is horrible here. Do not deal with these people go to any other Mazda dealership this is the worst place ever. I’m calling about paper work about my vehicle. The customer service rep name John in the sales department disrespected me there very ignorant and can’t take ignorance. Now they won’t answer the phone about paper work regarding a vehicle I purchased from them. I will be contacting Corperate and sharing this review on every website I can think of. That’s why I drive a Beamer now do not deal with these crooks!

Best place for a Mazda
Bought a car from them in May. Went back to cancel the extended warranty. The finance manager just printed a cancellation form. I called Mazda finance and they never got the paperwork. They most likely want to keep the money from the warranty.I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from here the customer service is not that great. I would most likely go to another dealership for services.
