Seen John today. He did a fantastic job as always! I absolutely love how my nails look. Even after a week or two when they grow out. It looks so natural. Other places have left my nails more than doubled the thickness. But John does shapes them perfectly.

Simply put. John and his family are awesome. I tried other nail spots and stopped going cause I just wasn’t happy with any of them. And now of course that I’m transferring I find the place that is great. Always professional, fun, and they go out of their way to try and accommodate everyone who walks in the door. Rarely have I ever seen them turn someone away and that was only because they were truly booked all the way up and probably past closing. If your not happy with what you have you don’t have to be scared to say so because they value their customers so much they will make sure you have what it is you want before you leave. John, anytime I’m back in town, which will be often enough to visit my family and friends you can count on me to come back as a loyal customer.

I have been coming here for a while once I found them. They are down by the water. Their nail salon is beautiful! Some places are dirty and not kept up. This place feels and looks like a nice spa. I have 5 kids and really need a place to relax. This place is perfect. Mani, and set of nails. Left feeling relaxed and with beautiful hands and feet. John and his wife and daughters are great. His staff is very friendly and do great work.We come back all the time! Wish I could do it weekly.If you have a large group call and make an appointment. But if you walk in I have only had to wait a few times. Their waiting area is nice so never mind having to sit and relax.

John and Susan were very helpful and did a great job. I went in with an idea for the nails and John really went for it and got the fun points I wanted even tho Ive never had a set and I was a walk in. I love color and I love the way these turned out. Susan did a great job with my pedicure too being careful and thorough. Would highly recommend!!

John did my nails on September 4th 2021 and he did an amazing job! I was over due for a refill from a set a got done in Connecticut and was gonna go with something basic just black coffin nails then he showed me a design and wow was I impressed for the value and quality! I’ve never had my nails done this beautiful I wish I took a before picture to show the magic he worked. He has a great personality and talent never going anywhere else

So glad I found this place!They were busy up one arrival, but quick to let me know i would be helped. John did my gel fill & was super efficient, was done in 30 minutes! No lie, 3 coats to ensure quality & opaqueness of color! He chose the color (my original color was all out & he matched almost perfectly) I actually really love this color!I may have to make a trip over here from port orchard.. all my nails are even, & almost identical, (which we all know it can be hard to match nails perfectly)I forgot my debit card at the hotel, (brought the wrong wallet…) & he was patience & willing to wait for me to get my card info while I was still inside 😄Thanks so much for your hospitality. ❤️

This was my first time at Nail Masters & Spa. They really took care of me and did what I wanted and gave me options. I have never been more satisfied with my nails before. Everyone was so friendly and they actually make conversation with you. I will definitely make this my regular nail place. I do recommend highly :)

I have never done a review before but I had to give one to nails master. John is amazing I wanted something special for my daughter’s wedding on Saturday and he suggested a pink powder ombré. I LOVE IT!!!! The staff are so nice and amazing so if you need your nails done go to nails master you will not be disappointed!!!!

John was bright and fun. He took three of us on and did a great job. I’m happy with his work. IDE gladly let him do my nails again. His team was excellent!

Ever since I came to the island this nail salon has been my go to. They always do quality work. They are quick and timely with their service, they have a plethora of options for every person. Every time I come here with a Pinterest nail design they never disappoint. They always welcome me with a smile and friendly nature.I have been to three other salons and this one is the one I always come back to. No need to look any further this place is the place, For all types. For the people who want to just relax and listen to their headphones and get their nails done to the people who want to interact with their artist ( nail technician) Nail masters is the place.

I recently got my nails done by John and I love them. They are almost perfect and not thick making them look more natural. John was very meticulous and his wife did a great French tip. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely love these guys! Great sense of humor and extremely helpful. Ive had acrylics, gel nails, pedicures, and eyebrows done by them. Time management is out of this world, the communication is comfortable, and not a single nick on a finger.Its awesome to walk in to a place and know Im going to get quality service.

Hands down the best salon ive  been too in years!! John is absolutely amazing and so pleasant. He listened and gave me everything i wanted. He suggested a new shape witch i wasnt sure about but im so glad i trusted him because they turned out even better then i though. I went in to get my nails done for my wedding on Saturday.. I usually don’t get my nails done because I’m never really happy with them. Best pedicure in my life - no kidding! After days of hiking, my poor feet needed some pampering and Susan did an excellent job of doing just that. First time in my life my pedicure was so relaxing that I reclined my chair to sit back and enjoy it. John came in the door with a bag of breakfast sandwiches for the staff and offered me one. What a kind gesture! My experience at Nail Masters was so good that when we came back through Oak Harbor from another week of hiking in the Cascades, I came back for another pedicure. Prices are more than reasonable and staff are friendly. HIGHLY recommend. If I lived in the area, I could see myself coming here weekly!

I been getting my nails done for 30 years and truly this is the best they’ve ever left. I was getting them done way back when the nail color was only red. Now I get a beautiful French nails done in one hour. I love the salon and went continue to come here as long as I am on Whidbey Island.

Went here for the first time and it was lovely! John is The Nail Master! All the staff are very sweet and made sure I was happy with my how my nails turned out. John does beautiful work! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he aced it! Will be back for sure.

This place was good everyone was very friendly. I had an appointment and I was received on time, I was scheduled for nail powder with design and a pedicure. I had John for the nail powder and Amanda for my pedicure. The reason for 3 stars is because I asked for the picture and got something different. There’s also a few differences between the shape and thicknesses of the apex. With that said I am particular with my nails and I need a high caliber artist. Most will be thrilled with Nail Masters.

This was probably the best experience I had doing my nails. I came to visit family around here and ran into Nail Master... 😎 I came all the way from North Carolina and I haven’t seen someone do my nails as fast as John I also never see my nails so good before either. I needed my nails to follow regulations for my job and John did an excellent job in achieving my goal.

I went to go see john for a full set. this was my second time going to see him and of course he DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! i showed him a reference picture and just let him so his thing. He even added his own flavor to my set and did some gold detailing. overall 10/10 i love john !!

Thank you John!Highly recommend!!! John exceeded my expectations and crafted the most exquisite nails that have ever been on my hands! He is super efficient, and the shape and thickness are PERFECT!!! The other nail technicians in the shop were also so welcoming and nice! I am blown away and will forever be going to Nail Masters and Spa from now on! NOW I GET TO END 2020 FEELING LIKE A FIERCE WOMAN! Thanks again John, see ya in a few weeks!

Ask for John! He is amazing and always ensures I have exactly what I want. I’ve came after going to another salon and my nails needed some WORK, John made sure to work his magic and gave me exactly what I wanted. Went to see John after a horrible experience on the south end. John literally left me impressed and I will definitely be coming back from now on. The shape was on point and he made sure they were perfect. Even when I had a hard time of relaxing my hands, he made sure they turned out beautifully. I will always recommend John. I asked for a pink ombre acrylic mani and the ending results was what I wanted. It looked exactly like the picture I saved. Thank you John for being quick, good, friendly & attentive. Im very happy with the ending results and wont stop looking at my nails for awhile. Ive been to a couple places but was not really satisfied with my results but Ill definitely be back.

Oh my gosh! Ive been searching for a nail place for 2 years. I usually go to a place in Burlington that was decent. But the girls here are amazing! The conversation was fun and my feet feel amazing. They were very busy but did a great job at delegating. Im super impressed and loved the spirits of every worker there. They made me feel special and listened to what I wanted. I cant wait to come back!

Always friendly-Even super nice when I asked them to hand paint plaid :)My nails haven’t lifted at all on over two weeks. Yay! That never happens.

Went in for the first time yesterday with my daughters. Waited about an hour for pedicures. My youngest daughter waited almost 2 hours for a gel fill. I got a gel full set which is $40. Got a blush pink color put on my nails with my ring fingers having glitter polish. (See attached picture) I guess that added another $20 for my ring fingers cause the total came out to $60. Really over priced. I took off a star for the wait and another star for the price. But the work John did was awesome! Very nice guy and down to earth! We were impressed with his skills and how quick he can do nails!

I am shocked by all the good reviews. I came in just to have my set removed. They were clearly unhappy that I wanted a removal and not a new set (it was not busy either). Once I got back, the guy filed then started ripping the nails off. I asked for them to be properly soaked off, which the guy also seemed irritated by. I had a hang nail and once the set was off he started buffing the nails, roughly went over a hangnail, and I was clearly bleeding and not offered anything to stop the bleeding (nor did he seem to notice or care). Lastly, the place was absolutely disgusting! I should have walked out and I just hope I dont get an infection.

Began getting my nails done with John a few months ago and he’s been the BEST! Every set I get done I end up with ton of compliments where ever I go. I’ve never been disappointed walking out of this place. John takes his time, not like other places where you feel the work is rushed. My nails last up to 3 weeks before I’m back in for a fill without any breaking. The rest of his team is very sweet as well, I always feel extremely welcomed. As someone who’a lived in 3 different states over the last couple of years, I’m SO glad to have found this nail salon right after I moved to Whidbey Island. John does an amazing job and I’m always happy with how my nails look. I won’t be going anywhere else as long as we’re living here. I was honestly so surprised to find such a great nail salon in a small town- he is better than any of the nail artists I used to go to in Atlanta or Jacksonville!

Best place in town! I got a full set acrylic for the first time in years and they were perfect. Two weeks later, no lifting or breakage. They still look great.

For my birthday I had my nails done at another nail salon and was so disappointed. What I wanted I didn’t receive and ended up painting over the work the following day. I went to John at Nail Masters and he worked magic on my nails! He was kind, understanding, great conversationalist, professional, had impeccable attention to detail and made each one of my nails into mini pieces of art. I’m a client for life!
