Love our community, amenities, and quality of apartments. I love the individual entrances to our apartment, makes it feel more like a condo. Will definitely be renewing our lease.

Nice places, not as large as the ads say. Very dog friendly but no off leash dog run area. For the money it’s average.

We just moved in December 1st and we are loving it here. I teach virtually from home and find it so peaceful and quiet when I am teaching. I love the spaciousness of our apartment. We love the huge garage and long hallway. The amenities are so nice. We are really looking forward to nice weather when we can enjoy the pool and our balcony. We are glad we chose to make Seasons our home.

My time at Seasons at Orchard Hills has been a great experience so far. Our apartment has a really great view, The neighbors I share the building with are friendly and quiet.My only complaint are the lazy and problematic residents in the community. We recently had an issue with dog poop everywhere! There are dog poop trash bens with free poop bags in the dispensers, scattered throughout the community, and people are still too lazy to pick up after their dog. Thankfully this issue was addressedThere is also a speeding issue. People drive through here like it’s a race track. They should consider speed bumps or stop signs because the 10mph sign isn’t working.

Honestly we love it here, love the community feel, and the apartments are great. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 starts is because we had our first snowfall and we were told they would start removing the snow at 5am which did not happen. I just tried to walk to my car and fell, I’m also pregnant so not happy about the snow not being removed or being better prepared knowing it we were getting inches of snow.

Safe community, dog-friendly, no-hassle lease application. Clear communication with management. Maintenance is prompt and responsive. Only ask is that cabinets were perfect because some of them are difficult to close.

We are absolutely LOVING our new home at The Seasons at Orchard Hills! Our open-concept layout has been so nice, refreshing and roomy. Having brand new updated everything from appliances to quartz countertops to a huge deep bathtub has been amazing. The amenities for the community are gorgeous, can’t wait to use the pool! And most importantly, the staff are incredibly helpful and made our entire moving in process a breeze! Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier with Seasons! The staff is so friendly and has been such a breeze to work with. Additionally, our pups just love it here! Convenient location and condo style are also some of the features that put seasons at the top of our list!

Leasing with Seasons at Orchard Hills was a fantastic experience. Staff are knowledgable and eager to answer any questions about the property. Amenities are top-of-the-line, with a clubhouse, pool, and gym just to name a few. During the leasing process, we were driven to the sister property across town to be shown a model that was not yet finished at Seasons. This just shows the dedication that staff have to their tenants--both current and future. Looking forward to a long stay at Seasons.

Great staff and very helpful. I leased this property sight unseen and am very pleased. Spacious, nicely finished, fantastic appliances and huge 2 car garage. First time resident of WI and The Seasons is a nice welcome.

Our move to Oak Creek went seamlessly because of the incredibly helpful staff at the Seasons at Orchard Hills. Our apartment is gorgeous and having new everything has been wonderful. The location is perfect, especially it being right off the highway to get to work. I highly recommend it here!

The leasing staff are nice and VERY knowledgeable about the property. They actually drove us in the company vehicle to a sister property to show us a model unit that wasn’t available for viewing at Orchard Hills. The clubhouse is exceptionally large with full kitchen amenities and offers a nice, poolside entertaining space.

So excited to live here come Spring! Great location, private entrances and a real community feel. Kati and Marriah were super helpful in picking out my unit and the leasing process was a breeze.

Management absolutely unhelpful when trying to deal with noisy neighbors, even after several months of occurrences.

Only been here a month and it is the best apartment that Ive been in!

Update - Would not recommend! While the units are beautiful, 6 months into the lease my experience with the management started to decline - noise complaints were not handled (apartment living I get it but to be kept awake past midnight and woken before 5 am for MONTHS is unacceptable), there was dog waste literally everywhere, snow removal was exceptionally poor on the roadways and to top it I received $1.80 back on security deposit after I completed a full clean - wiped baseboards, lighting, cabinets, cleaned refrigerator, swept, mopped and ran cleaning cycles on both the oven and washer, and swept the garage - prior to move out AND the new tenants/management company did not transfer utilities upon my lease end so I received the new tenants utility bill despite stopping services on my end. I’d recommend going anywhere but here unless you enjoy dealing with constant service fails.Update : I couldn’t have imagined an easier leasing or move-in process. The units are beautiful and convenient but the noise level between units is problematic-opt for upper unit.Original -From my initial inquiry with the property I’ve received exceptional customer service from the leasing managers. The leasing process, move in and welcoming couldn’t have been better. Happy to be here.

This is a great place to live with lots of amenities and so many floor plans to choose from. The office staff is so attentive and friendly.
