Absolutely LOVE centennial park apartments!! My boyfriend and I have been living here for about 2 years now and we love our home. The staff and community are so wonderful and are always quick to respond when we need it! For anyone looking for a new home this is it..plus you right next to Target!
Highly recommend Centennial park! I moved in August 2018 and I have been very happy in my peaceful and well maintained apartment. I like the open concept and the high ceilings. The property managers have been great to work with, very responsive with questions or maintenance requests.
Awesome place to live in...Super friendly staff, kids love to play outdoor inside the community all day in the summer 😬
The apartments are very nice, & the property grounds are well-kept, a little pricey though. The staff & maintenance are really responsive. The one complaint I have is that the people upstairs are noisy..I believe the ceilings are paper thin because you cannot hear the neighbors on either side, just upstairs. The children run around constantly & bang around constantly. When you complain, they tell you to call the police. Right now the police have more important things to do. This should be handled by management. If I had to call the police, it would be 4-5 times a day. My elderly father lives with me & he sleeps at all different times throughout the day, not just at night. It is very annoying. Should you decide to live here, I suggest an upper unit. (responding to your comments-yes they were in contact & wont do anything & this is more than normal apartment noise)
I really enjoyed living here. The apartments were beautiful and safe, and management (especially Jennifer and Shannon) were wonderful and attentive. Maintenance turn around was the fastest out of any apartment Ive lived in. The only reason we moved was because we bought a house. My only complaint is that the community isnt very friendly (most of our close proximity neighbors ignored us when we said hello) but that is in no way a reflection on Centennial Park/Wimmer as they frequently (pre COVID) hosted events to try to bring people together. A recommendation to management - Id see if theres any way to expand the gym. For the price you pay in rent, it would be awesome to have a larger, more updated gym! Id recommend this place to anyone!
Nice fair. Food is good, especially the air stream like trailer with the fresh food from the farm. Liked the message tent, price was fair(pardon the pun). Many things to learn if one takes the time. From windmill repair, too electric automobiles, solar panels and insulation. Along with whole energy grid and insulation.
Thinnest walls Ive ever dealt with in an apartment. Staff is completely unwilling to help solve any issues that may arise. Overall terrible experience.Edit: After reading the response from the owner, I have to say that their explanation is flat out wrong. I called for the same issue 3 separate times and yes, they might have told the people to keep it down, but it never resulted in any kind of change. It was so bad that we ended up having to move before the lease was up, and yes, we paid the full amount owed because like I said originally, no one from the management team would do anything to help.
It is a beautiful area to live, but I’ve learned it seems to be all about that bottom dollar. I’ve called multiple times just to see what incentives or concessions were being made to tenants during Covid. And nothing! And that’s sad as Wimmer is a huge property. I know I work in the same industry and we treated our tenants like people. Not just money! I’m saddened by the fact that it has come to this.
Staff is great, turnaround time on maintenance is great. Im very happy with my experience thus far!Update:My lease is ending and 2 year later my opinion about Centennial Park Apartments has not changed. The staff is great. I recommended during move out survey to keep better tabs on community in regards to speeding and clean up of dogs, but thats mostly the fault of the community itself. The next step in the process will be security deposits and adjusting my rating based on fairness of their final walk-through--which Ive heard horror stories about.Edit: The checkout process went smoothly. The only thing I have to say is to take pictures of the place when you move in and blacklight the carpet if you can. I luckily took pictures of stains before moving in and Im glad I had those pictures backed up through the years and ready to go when I didnt get my full refund back. Management will work with you, but you need proof--this goes for any community you decide to move into.In short, thank you Wimmer for providing a great place to live!
Expensive. The maintenance guy is nice and they remove snow right up to your doorstep. Apts are very open and I have a view of the lake with a willow tree. Peaceful, not much noice.
Great place to live, clean, spacious and safe apartments and wonderful location, staff members are very friendly and helpful ...maintenance staff guys are also very nice and immediately fix the maintenance issues within no time really appreciate their work too ... I highly recommend this place 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I lived here for 6 months and had to move because of Job. It was a beautiful, safe place. The apartments are very nicely maintained. Staff is helpful. Please do set a fix password for wi-fi in fitness room, One can not call and get password everyday and that also expires in few hours.
Very safe, quiet location to live. The grounds and the neighborhood are kept clean.
RENTERS BEWARE!!! The leasing office for this location is very shady and very rude. You select one type of apartment and are given another. When you ask to see the additional documents to the lease (that they state in the lease that you have received) they act like they dont know what you are talking about and tell you that you can go digging for it on a 3rd party website. Honesty in disclosure is not there at all and beware of the per person water charge (even if its an infant!) I would rate this 0 but unfortunately I can not. Also they will with hold a security deposit without even having a signed lease. So glad we decided not to live here. Who knows what other shady dealings we would have been subject to if we did!
Lived here for 2 plus years before i moved out -great community, friendly staff. Highly recommend this place for families especially with kids
This apartment is good with many facilities and is spacious and is perfectly good till the day you stay without breaking the lease, but once you break your lease and someone looks for coming in. They purposely make the future resident to come in late so that you will be paying the extra money till the day the new resident come in. Maintenance guy Nike is so good but the office staff and manager is so rude and they never try to listen or understand what we are trying to say them. They take lots of time for cleaning and make us to pay the money till there cleaning is done. NEVER TRY TO BREAK THE LEASE, but with the dynamic job market, you may not intentionally break the lease but it might be un- avoidable. Whenever there is a prospect resident who comes for a tour they will never allow us to speak with them. When a future resident has filled the application, they take almost a month to approve it purposely so that we will be paying the rent till someone move in. They prefer showing them the new constructions and not that one which is empty the other side. Especially the office staff and manager is so rude and shows partiality. Very bad thing about the apartment is the staff member’s behavior. While they return our deposit money they are deducting money for the odor smell of the cooking, I hope they are expecting their residents not to cook in their houses. Honestly saying, this is one of the WORST apartments I have ever stayed in.
We recommend Centennial Park Apts!Great place to live: perfect location (whether you like to walk a dog, ride a bike, watch July 4 parade and fireworks, shop at Target or have breakfast at Panera). You will be close to everything! The community is very dog friendly:)We had no problem with the office staff. They have residents portal online, where you submit all your concerns, maintenance requests ect.,and issues were resolved mostly next day.We especially like to thank Goga for helping us from day we moved in to the day we moved out. Every issue we had, was promptly resolved, every question we asked was answered.
Appearances are deceptive... Leasing office people do not respond to phone calls or emails.. Terrible operations... Do not apply here... Discrimination discrimination....
There were BAD BUGS in our apartment. They should have treated the apartment before us moving in. All of our stuff got contaminated
Great service and the people are amazing!
Just say no.
Nice place
Cool
