If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I have been living here since 2014, and its the dump of Oak Creek. After 5 years of renting here, I asked for some minor updates (painting, new carpet, and if possible new appliances.) They told me, We dont update or replace anything until tenants move out. Maintenance has not been good at responding, they have not fully addressed the wasp issue I have been dealing with on the balcony. There is possible mold in the unit and their fix is spraying bleach and wiping it down. The pool has been closed since 2020 due to covid. Other apartment complexes in Oak Creek have managed to keep their pools accessible with restrictions. This is hot summer #2 without our paid amenity. They also will tell you, you dont pay for the pool, which is a lie until proven so. I have a hard time believing that the owner of Coachlight Communities pays out of pocket for our amenities. Staff is rude and when mentioning the pool issue, their resolution plan was suggesting to move out if unhappy. Living here is like living with slumlords, good luck, I do NOT recommend this place under any circumstances. They allow tenants to smoke cigarettes in the building too, so prepare for everything to stink and turn yellow.

They only respond when you send a 60 day notice. Complained about the toilet clogging and was “encouraged” to fix it myself or I’d have to pay for a plumber to fix a system that has been broken since I moved in. Month to month Policy is trash and holds unrealistic restrictions to make you stay between October and February or pay $1,900.
