I scheduled an appointment I dropped it off the night before they fixed everything on the front end of my truck alignment was perfect. They do a great job every time I bring in my 99 Dodge ram.

My left front axle was magically missing 5 of 6 bolts the day after bringing my car here for an alignment. The last bolt sheered off going 15 mph thank god I didn’t have my kid in the car. They quoted me almost 7000 to replace bushings and some suspension parts. I told them I would do it myself Must not of know I’m a mechanic I would sue this place but barely have enough spare time as it is.

Took a jeep there for back axle works tried to upsell me. Went to pick my jeep up and my audio system (500 watt subs) was turned all the way up and on channel 95.5 which I never listen to. Not 1 minute out of their driveway and my car dies in the center of a busy intersection. 0/5 stars, never taking any vehicle to them ever again.

I was looking for a place that could do front end work on my 32 foot class A motor-home and a couple of the places I called recommended Harolds. I called on a Friday afternoon and they said to drop it off Monday morning. We dropped it off at 8:00 AM, received an estimate, and a promise they would do it the same day. We got a call that it was ready at 1:30 PM. Did an excellent job and the bill was well under the estimate they gave me. Highly recommended.

This team fixed my car, now it literally looks like brand new. Their professionalism was amazing, and most importantly they are honest. I would highly recommend.

Sloppy on a routine repair with costly consequences.I took my car In to fix the tie rods. The car wasn’t steering right shortly after. I took it back to get looked at and one of the parts just adjacent to the original repair was broken (rack and pinion). I talked to a couple friends of mine who were mechanics and they both agreed these guys were likely over aggressive ratcheting the original part out and it’s very uncommon for that part to break at the miles I had. They ended up charging me almost $2000 more to fix and some of the original repairs had to be redone anyway. Then it broke again the next day and had to bring it back for them to fix a loose valve.

They were very disrespectful on the phone and unprofessional very disappointing after close friend referred me to them ! I’m not should if it’s to early in the morning but I’m mind blown

They might always be a week out and it probably will be more then you want to pay. But they do there job and they do it well also in a timely manor.

Hello Nice Persons!My experience was one of gratitude I needed an emergency weld done to my wheelchair. It was unusable and I was stranded in my van they took the chair promised me nothing but that they would get to it to look at it. I was called to come back to the shop in less than 10 minutes. I thought oh man its not fixable ad I was sol. But to my surprise the job was already done. :PI spoke with Wayne the principle their at that shop and he was very nice but very busy yet he took the time to drop everything to come and look at the chair. He assigned a young man to do the job and he was very polite.I would recommend them for specialty welds in an instant.THANX TO THE TEAM AT THE SHOP I DIDNT SKIP A BEAT AT THE JOB I DO!Wayne Hogan

Had an issue with my Western snow plow; Harolds is the closest dealer. Made an appointment, came in and within 5 minutes a knowledgeable tech was going over the plow with me. In fifteen minutes he had diagnosed the problem, informed me what he would have to do to correct it. The shop foreman got my permission to perform the work and they did so. Was on my way in a very short time, (for the work performed,) and in less time than the shop foreman had suggested. This is an excellent, professional shop that will get all my Western plow work from now on. OUTSTANDING

Good work if you can afford it

Horrible place to go I took two different cars to him within two days wasted money on towing 4 times just for him to tell me he couldnt do the job. And one of them was a very simple job and I turned down many offers on the work just to take it to him and all I got in return was no work and out almost 290 dollars. Why call yourself a frame shop if you cant do easy or hard jobs

Very rude. Was looking to order equipment and was told they were to busy and would and to take my business elsewhere. The funny thing is they just spent five minutes getting me the price but would take them a day to put it in writing, ( another five minutes).I can understand being busy, but if doing something that simple is too much. Can you imagine what type of customer service they would have.

I came here to get an alignmemt and they Bryan told me my balljoint was bad and had one thrown in. On my way home I was thrown off the freeway ! The next day i called them and told them what happened and they told me to come on in. I said i wasnt driving it and instead of towing it they had one of their guys drive it. Bryan said my balljoint hole wallowed out from rust. I believe it was boogered in the removal and or installation of the balljoint. The c also looks bent. Their fix was to weld it in. This is not a proper fix and it was incompetence on the shop that my car even left the shop in the first place. I told them they ruined my axle and let me leave the shop with a dangerous car and wanted reimbursement. He said i was ridiculous and that they did nothing wrong. He evem made comments on my jeep being a piece of junk basically when its clean(not that it matters even if it was a junker). He offered that if i sourced my own axle (wich they ruined) they would only charge me 100+ dollars. I didnt want them touching a damn thing of mine again and bryans unprofessional not taking his snaky deal. Anyway welding it didnt even work the balljoints still moves im going to throw in a new axle myself tommorow.

Terrible experience! The staff is rude and they greatly overestimate the price of a job. When the job is completed beware, because an estimate is an estimate even if the job takes 1/2 the time they will overcharge at will. If you like to throw away money go there.

I just had my 04 Silverado 2500HD diesel serviced by Harolds and let me tell you, they were $1000 cheaper than anybody !!!!!! and their customer service is GREAT !! I had ALL fuel lines and brake lines and fuel line cooler replaced. They did a awesome job !!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I have heard nothing but good re: harolds, however we are 2.5 weeks into a alingment and frame straightening. and after reading these i am getting a little worried.i just called they said they are working on it. we are waiting to buy a fifth wheel and need to get going.this will put us at 3 weeks mon. i am wondering if this is common practice? i will be back with a overall rating

Wow. Was sent there by the guy at their closed redford shop and asked first by phone if they straighten frames and they said yes. We drove out and Bryan says no, Harolds frame shop does not fix frames because they lost their frame guy and i should go to a body shop. Wow. Epic fail.
