Seth and his team are professional and most importantly honest. They didn’t beat around the bush when giving me an alignment and explaining certain issues with the car since it is lowered. They made sure that I was able to drive away the same day even on Labor Day weekend.I had an issue with the billing that I noticed several days later. Seth was able to make sure that I had a peace of mind and made sure to resolve it.

A+ on service, speed of repair and quality.I took my 2016 Lexus RX350 in for a sqweaky brake noise on newly installed brakes and both Seth and Chris did a great job quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining it to me. It is rare to find an honest mechanic these days. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced repair done at a high quality.

My tire was leaking air so I went to Monro without an appointment. The manager, Seth E. Told me they were working on a couple vehicles but would get to me next. I went to waiting area which was clean, comfortable and well stocked with children’s activities.A few minutes later Seth said he found a screw in my tire and could patch it. When he was done I asked how much it cost and he said it was free.I have never been there before but I am definitely going back. The dealership wanted 32.00 to fix it and I bought my car there. I appreciate this place with a manager with integrity and great service! Highly recommend.

Seth was great, very polite over the phone. Was able to squeeze me in for quick tire repair. His mechanic was very knowledgable and I appreciated what they shared with me. I will not hesitate to head back there for my future repairs!

Seth and his team are GREAT people. I went to the shop today to have a tire repaired on a car that I purchased two weeks ago. It turned out that the hole was in a place where it could not be fixed. Unlike other shops that Ive been to, Seth recommended that I work with the dealer to get costs covered by them, and then gave me timelines that it would take to get new tires at his shop.Finding anyone whom you can trust in auto repair/tire repair is difficult. My experience could not have been better, and you can be sure that I will only buy tires from them going forward (including snow tires and rims prior to the winter).If you are looking for a place to get tires or an oil change, look no further- you will not regret it!

Booked a brake service online and called the next day to see if I could move it up. The guy was upset with me saying I shouldn’t have been able to book that service online in the first place because they don’t even have a mechanic there. No apology, just kept saying I shouldn’t have booked it. Poor customer service to make someone feel like your mistake was their fault.

New manager ordered and installed a brake sensor damaged during servicing some months ago. Would have been easy for him to ignore my complaint, but he took his obligations seriously. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service center for integrity and honesty.

Please don’t just look at their good reviews and go to this store! That was my mistake! I changed front and rear brake pads, rotors and all tires there for my Mercedes. After changing everything I had to go back 3 times to fix the issues in the first week. And brakes was terrible! After 2 month I got brake pads wear warning!! Also I noticed they didn’t changed the sensors at all for cutting their cost. I normally don’t write review at all, but for this situation I had to give heads up to people before heading to this store.

Monro auto is the best place to get any repairs done for your car, Ive brought both of my vehicles here and with no issue everything got fixed in a jiff. The people who work here are great and get the job done right! I wont go anywhere else but here when I have issues with my vehicles. This place is a complete joke lately. We used to receive wonderful service from Antoine but I do not know where he went. We took our car in Friday for a flat tire and a dead battery, which was under warranty. We called Saturday for an update and they said it was ready to go. We get there to pick it up and they never addressed the tire and told us we owed $290. Dave apologized for the miscommunication and said he would . Monday we go to pick it up again and find a huge dent on it and the door is making a popping noise. It was absolutely not like this when we dropped it off. It looks like they left the door open and it caught on the lift and bent backwards. This car has other damage where it was hit 2 years ago....if we were going to try to lie, why would we not try to blame them for all of the damage?? They are absolutely refusing to assume responsibility for it and Dave was extremely rude to my husband telling him to leave the shop and he needed to take his car (he was there by himself so how would he drive 2 vehicles). This is our daughters car who was diagnosed with cancer and lupus within the last year. How they can sleep at night knowing they caused this damage and now we have to deal with it is beyond me. Also, we saw none of the same workers that were there last time we went a month ago so that is a red flag to me. Where did everyone go?? Daves attitude was horrible and I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. If they make this right, I will absolutely update my review. If it is not updated, they did not help in any way.Updated 06.06.19- Monro left their comment on my review and I have tried to contact that person numerous times with no return call. An adjuster came to look at the vehicle the day after I posted this review. They said someone would contact us the Tuesday after memorial day to give us an update. I have also left numerous messages for that person with no return call. They just drag the whole process out hoping you will give up. I will not. They damaged our vehicle and I expect them to make it right.

Went there cause I had an appointment for a wheel alignment. Well it was more than a wheel alignment; ctrl arm with ball joints, two new tires and tire balancing.7.5 yrs on original parts, so I had them replace them.A bit pricey but better than having it towed after something broke due to old age.Sad that they didnt keep the parts for me to look at but was told lifetime warranty on the parts so we shall see.

I had a flat tire today and no spare. I was able to get my car to Monro Tire who stayed open for me to repair my tire. A bad day went to a good day and good experience. Alena was so nice. She took my car and had the tire fixed immediately. She kept me informed and assured me the tire was good to go. I would highly recommend Monro tire and would go back there in a minute. I made a reservation on the web and asked for scheduled inspections every 5000 miles. The work was completed in about an hour, and when I looked inside the car, there were black shoe marks on the floor mat in the drivers seat. Next time, I will ask another store for inspection.

Wonderful experience, Alena is the best manager they have had since the change over. Very pleased. She had a urgency to get my flat tire fixed and was honest about the other repairs i needed to have done. She will continue to have my business! She made me feel like family which never happens in a auto shop.

Man oh man what a experience I have had here. The fellas that are running this location are awesome. Go above and beyond had me in and out alittle over an hour to do a oil change tire rotation and to change my headlight on my 2012 Ford Fusion. Went in for a oil change and Jon was very professional and Turns out I needed tires replaced and jon gave me many options to choose from and wasn’t pushy about selling me the tires. He even showed me how worn they were. Was not my first time here but it is now going to be my “go to”. Also every employee was following cdc complaints and that’s important nowadays come and talk to jon you will not be disappointed

I was referred to try this shop out. I usually use belle but decided it was worth the try. Had good reviews and tried it out, great expierence. I went in knowing I needed more work then just a rotation and oil change but I was certain of the amount I wanted to spend and was not interested in being sold for other repairs that I just don’t have. Antwan got me in and out in a good frame. (Must say quicker than belle by a good bit) and he told me what else I needed worked out without pressuring me to buy or purchase more services. Told me what I needed and gave me a time frame to keep in mind before it’s problematic. I came in for what I wanted and left with what I wanted. Pressure free. Great work guys.

Hadnt been to this location in a while and had to take my car in to have a tire repaired. I took my car in for an oil change on Sunday. They had a little crowd with only two people working. The guy was nice but he was rushing. He said the wait would be 30 minutes but it was more like over a hour. When he took my car back he had to order a filter, after calling the auto part place he told me my car would be ready soon. The filter came right away because it came from the auto store next door. So after he brought my car around and I left. As soon as I got on the freeway a service light came on telling me to check my oil level. I called up to the shop and told the guy I never seen that service light before but he told me that he just needed to reset the light and to bring it back. So that’s what I did and he reset the light and I left again. Within 5 minutes it was back on so I called back up to the shop and told the guy I had to pick up my child up and I’ll bring my car back sometime this week. Well on today Tuesday the light is still on and my car started knocking. When I got home and popped the hood I noticed the engine cover wasn’t connected and my car had no oil. So I had to go to the store and buy oil and I’ll have to take off in the morning to take my car in! I’m frustrated at this point and hoping my engine isn’t damaged 😡 Also on the receipt I noticed they said that they rotated my tires and I know for a fact that didn’t happen. Poor customer service

Outstanding service! These guys saved me! I called Belle Tire before trying this location around 2:30p on a Saturday. Belle Tire said they couldn’t take me until Monday because they are closed on Sundays 🤦🏻‍♀️ I called this location and they were nothing but helpful and supportive! He let me know he could have it done by the end of the day. This was a God send because I was driving to Kentucky the next morning.Thank you so much for the quick, friendly and understanding service. Its always difficult to find a place where you can trust, getting reasonable prices and honesty. I found it at Monro; when the issue is something simple they will tell you and the cost will be consistent with it. Ive been there mostly for oil change and has been quick and efficient. Not issues at all, Roger and all the crew are always willing to help and find a time in the schedule for me. As a tip I always try to go early in the morning on weekends to be the 1st in line and worked most of the time.

This place is GREAT!!! I stopped in for a tire patch and assuming I needed brakes. I was ready to shell out money, but really didn’t want to. Rico and his team are true lifesavers; my tire suddenly became flat on a Saturday at 4:45. The closest tire shop was closed at 4, so I gave Rico a call at around 4:55. He assured me that even though they were about to close shop, they would take care of everything. I managed to get my vehicle to their shop, where he and his team stayed well after closing time to fix not just the one tire, but all 4. Cannot thank them enough for his help; this shop will be my go-to location from here on out.

I saved thousands of dollars (no exaggeration) by doing so. Ryan and Josh were really good about explaining that the issue was fixable and what would be involved to get there. Nick was awesome in a pinch! I was extremely short on time. I had an unexpected tire change and I was late to pick up my children in two difference places because of my tire. Whenever I take my car here it is diagnosed quickly and fixed in a timely fashion. They have always communicated well, letting me know when a job will take a little longer (a part had to be ordered, for example) and calling as soon as the car is ready. They have reasonable prices and have never been anything but honest with me. I highly recommend this business!

After reading all of the phenomenal reviews, I decided I would try Monro in Novi and they did not disappoint. I went in for a simple oil change but had a few other minor things that I wanted to discuss/have them check on. The whole crew listened to everything I had to say and were very helpful and I walked out with answers to all of my questions. Great customer service! I cant speak on pricing as I have no comparison in the area but I will be taking my car here again to be serviced.

Dishonest company. Ive been given the run around on pricing for tires more than once at this place. Bottom line, they dont stock cheaper tires for popular vehicles, and end up forcing you into higher priced items. I see that they have overall positive reviews online, but I always leave this place feeling like I got screwed.

I came in to have my brake pads replaced. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and honest. They did everything they could to keep the cost down and did their best to make sure I was comfortable. Service was quick and they had much better hours/availability than other local shops.

Yesterday I took my wife’s truck to this Monro location because She got a nail/bolt in one of the rear tires. I am surprised of how honest this people is, after 5 minutes of waiting the technician came back to me and said the nail/bolt didn’t go all the way through the tire and that I was good to go, yes they didn’t even charge me anything.Next time I will get our car’s new tires here, first time I go there and I am pretty convinced they earned a customer for life.Thanks so much.

Dave told me that I needed less work done. Jailin completed the work in less than an hour. I would refer any of my friends to Monro.

We got a flat tire on the way to a show at Suburban Showplace Collection on a Sunday and googled a tire place that might be open. And thankfully Monro Tire was. They were very professional and took care of us pretty quick. They plugged our tire and we were on our way. Great local place to support!!!

Made an appointment and it took over 2hrs to put on new tires. Currently still waiting as I’m writing this. This is a routine job that should be completed in around 45mins. Absolutely ridiculous. I had high hopes for this shop bc of the good reviews, but the experience did not live up to the reviews. I will not be back.

Needed brakes done on a Sunday, set up appointment online, unaware they usually dont have brake guy there on Sunday, so they dont so brakes on Sunday.My lucky day, the guy was certified in brakes and he just was finishing up a vehicle. They got me in. Was told about 1 hour... it was almost EXACTLY 1 hour later when I was done.Great customer service and both guys I interacted with were friendly. Got car back, and brakes work, and car no mess was left behind by workers. They even came in UNDER quoted price. Price was more than I wanted to spend, but it was very competitive with others, so cant complain if Im being cheap.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

While at Monro I had a Great Expierence. It was stress free and surprisingly I didn’t have to wait so long for my tire services to be completed. He was a great conversationalist but not too personal either. I never felt sketchy sales vibes or that he was trying to upsell products either.
