I was staying at a nearby hotel (My Place Hotel) and my catalytic converter was stolen overnight. I didnt realize that until I brought my car to VIP. All I knew was that my engine was extremely loud when it was just fine the day before. I went to VIP at 8 AM, got a call back from Ken at 9:30 AM citing the theft as well as the cost of repair and by 3 PM, my car was ready to go. I went to this place bc of their stellar reviews and they exceeded my expectations. If you are in the Detroit area and you are having car trouble, this is a fantastic establishment to have your repairs done. Quality work done quickly and at a fair price.

Really appreciate Kens know-how and expertise. Theres no reason that VIP Tire & Automotive shouldnt be your go-to place for maintenance and auto work.He wont sell you on anything that you dont absolutely need/want like most auto repair shops. This is one of those good, old-fashioned places your parents and grandparents talk about when they say they know a guy.

Great shop, my father in laws white V8 f 150 that melted a belt from a seized compressor they fixed great! As a master mechanic myself I wasn’t able to work on due to distance from my garage. I trust these guys, u can too! Thanks Ken!
