This service just tries to call other towing services in the area. I called in Sunday late afternoon for a motorcycle tow. They had me pay up front via an online form from my phone. 1st attempt, they said 45-55 min wait, tech will text and call me. 30 min went by and nothing. I called back and they told me tech 1 got a flat tire, will get another one out. Another 1 1/2 hour later, they finally got back to me and said they had no one available for a motorcycle tow in my area. At the end, they did not charge me. I have AAA and they got back to me within 15 mins and said they could not help me and would reimburse me if I found another service. Also, they do not have an office space at this Novato location.

My Maybach needed some adjustments made at the dealership, so I needed to get a tow. They sent out a guy named Mario who was very professional. I am very happy with the way he dealt with my car, and would definitely use his services again.

The dispatcher kept her calm and was very reassuring. The driver turned around on circle Drive to make it to us as fast as he could. He was there within 5 minutes and was so friendly and quick. When she tried to pay, she was told there was no charge. AMAZING! We are extremely grateful for this, especially around Christmas time. HH Towing services made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation much easier. THANK YOU! We appreciate it more than you know.

Then you have their office staff who took the call, very polite and accommodating; they didnt even wince, groan or complain even once when I called to see if I could adjust my time due to my schedule. They worked even faster to make sure I was taken care of.
