These guys are professional crooks they are thieves. I just lost everything in the river fire in grass valley. My house vehicle dog cats and they don’t care they took the last thing I had left. I was not able to get to Navoto because I live in grass valley after my vehicle was gone and I had no place to live .. that’s why It took me that long to go try to get the bike. I had called and asked how much it would be to get it that’s when I tried to tell them what happened they didn’t have time to listen and hung up. When I did get there they told me $4600. All they did was store a motorcycle for a little over a month . I tried again telling them what I just went through they again didn’t want to here it . I offered them all the money I could get which was $2500 dollars they told me unless I have $4600 they wouldn’t talk to me .

These guys really helped me out. Showed up within minutes after calling and did the job right without causing any damage to my vehicle ( I mention this because my vehicle is notorious for being very difficult to get into without the key). They were reasonably priced and very courteous and friendly. If I ever end up in the predicament again (hopefully not) they would be the first people I would call.

I really dont understand why all the negative reviews, I was involved in an accident with my mother yesterday, and our car got towed to Downtown Ignacio Tow, from the moment we called in to make sure the car was there, the staff were friendly and attentive. No problem whats so ever, dealing with all the aftermath is such a headache and the man on phone just asked me to authorise a release so AAA, my insurance could call them directly and take care of everything. Honestly after an accident the last thing you need are more headaches, and I feel like they were friendly and helped us in the things we needed. I would definitely recommend.

They sell broken cars claiming they work and refuse to refund the money. Ryan is a scammer who post the cars he stole on Craigslist. Do not buy cars here. Lost $800 to them.

Ive worked with Bobby and his team for almost a decade and have had more then 100 successful tows. They are our go to vendor for private property tows. Their team are complete professionals and have an incredible understanding of private property towing rules and regulations.

These guys are liars, they tell me tht if I pick it up the next day instead of same day it will be cheaper when it is really almost a hundred dollars more expensive. Nasty people

Ive worked with these guys a lot for my job, and theyre the first people I call when I have any issues or someone I know does. Fair priced, nice to deal with, and all around great at what they do. I wouldnt recommend anyone but Downtown Ignacio Tow.

Called and got a price from them a week in advance and to make towing arrangements. The guy was very nice, gave me a price and told me to call back the day before and they will take care of me. When I called back the next guy I spoke with was rude, short, and raised the price from $300 to $750 and told me I was wrong. You guys are a bunch of jackasses!
