Mike said he could work on my car ordered a battery made an appointment following day . Next day I got a call from lady she said oh we ordered the wrong battery. I said okay so she said Mike was not around to order the right battery and hgone all weekend but if they ordered it no one was around to install it sorta kinda. Okay so you will have to wait until Tuesday because they are all on vacation so why did I have an appointment ? But we are going to pass on this appointment because we dont want to unhook your battery .So I called today to find out and Mike hung up on me. He said something like Im not the right customer. This is called the runaround Entirely unprofessional.

Literally just walked in off the street when my battery died, got the work done there and had such a good experience that when our car started to fail about 4 months later this was the first place we called. Olivers is great, check them out!

I’ve been going to Oliver Automotive for several years now after switching from the dealership service shops. Not only do I feel like they have fair prices for their services etc but also they are transparent, they communicate and I trust them.

Feb. 7, 2020 at 11:15 am: Had to catch my flight back from SFO to Europe within 3 h, my rented car made problems (engine warning), the car took less and less gas at the highway. Mike and his office assistant quickly helped me contacting the rental company which promised to send help but with uncertain timing. At the same time Mike checked the car and solved the problem, just asked me to test the car around the block - solved. I got to SFO quite on time! - THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR BOTH OF YOU HELPING ME OUT OF MY TIME TROUBLE - AND VERY MINDFUL AND ACCOMMODATING! They even did not want money for it.

Mike and Hal at Oliver Auto are good to work with. They do good work for a fair price. They explain options and prices and are focused on giving the customer good value. I was impressed. I take both cars there.
