Kevin in the body shop replaced a burnt out LED running daytime light. They picked me up from my job when my car was finished. They also washed it and added tire dressing. I have also used Nave in the past for a tow and a flat tire replacement. I feel like this is a very reputable business. I like that they do it all, fairly priced and close to my home

We were stranded. I mean really stranded. A family of four in the middle of nowhere (although it was a very beautiful nowhere). No Uber or Lyft available. Night was starting to fall. Mark from Nave towing not only came the long distance to get us, he also hooked up a driver to get us back to the city (an hour drive), when we couldn’t find one ourselves.Mark went above and beyond. He really did. What a very nice man.

Wow...not only do they take care of all kinds of large vehicles; but theres a tremendous amount of knowledge & experience with the older Dodges..They pay close attention to your history with them. For instance; brakes, tire rotation/ oil changes...so theres overseeing of a safe as possible vehicle being returned to you.

Got stuck in the middle of nowhere and Mark came out in under an hour. Very friendly and saved the day! Great service and fast too!

Nave Motors have been my familys go to mechanic for about 15 years across multiple vehicles and they have always given us great service at fair prices. We have also used their body shop services a couple of times with equally good results.We had an emergency situation recently with my truck right before heading out of town on a camping trip and they were able to help me despite it being late in the afternoon. When they did not have the part they needed they went hunting until they tracked it down so that we could still leave that day. My wife was super-happy that we did not have to delay our trip :-). Professional towing services.

I received a flat tire while going onto hwy 101 northbound at Rowland, last night, and I called in roadside service to help. CHP arrived to assist me and the Officer saved me money, stress, and gave me a positive experience from the flat tire I was thinking would turn out to be a complete bad thing. The Tow Truck Driver who showed up on scene made things even better by telling me that he would change the tire and quickly to get me on the road, so I can make it home. He even let me sit in my car and stay warm while he did everything. I usually wait outside the car in past roadside experiences. This Tow Truck service was fast, reliable, and very friendly! Thank you so much!!

The employee that was helping me over the phone was not helpful at all. He was rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to compromise with my problem. He only thought about how much the company will make instead of helping me out on my problem. If I ever use a towing company, Ill know not to call this company ever again.
