I can not say enough great things about Hans Foreign Car Repair.For starters, the best customer service I have ever experienced in my many years of owning cars! We were given an old Mercedes sedan (2001) that was given to our son from his Uncle for a put around town car. Over the winter with all the rain, the car that has to live outside, got waterlogged and stopped working with all sorts of codes flashing on the dashboard. We had the car towed to Hans Foreign Car Repair. Little did we know how lucky we were to find Hans and his team.! :-) After giving the car a thorough onceover they found some computer and electrical issues. I let Hans know that I did not want to spend $$$ to fix this 18 year old car that was a free gift. Hans came up with solutions that solved the issues and were within our budget. He and his team went above and beyond to get this car safely back on the road for my son. You will not be disapointed when you take your car to Hans Foreign Car Repair!!!

Hans and his team of dedicated mechanics really care about my cars. Over the years Hans has serviced two BMWs, and Nissan Pathfinder and soon a Toyota Highlander for me. He only recommends work that is appropriate for the age of the cars he is working on, and tells me if Im spending too much for what Im trying to do with my car (around town, going to my cabin in Tahoe, etc.). Hans also recently recommended that I look for a used Highlander to replace my Pathfinder as the Pathfinder was getting to the point that repairing the car was wasting my money. He could easily have limped my car along making a lot of money in the process...but he didnt, and Im grateful. I was able to take a prospective car that I wanted to buy to Hans to have his mechanics really look it over, and they gave it a clean bill of health...which gave me more confidence in my puchase. They even coached me on what to say to get a sightly better deal knowing that some things like the tires were getting close to needing replacement. You cant ask for more from your mechanic (or even a good friend) these days.Paul
