Dave, Jeff and Ted at Genuine Motors have always been amazing and very professional.I had a few issues and the Jeep dealers refused to work on my modified vehicle.So Dave & Jeff took a look and were able to locate the issues fix the passenger door, replaced the left rear bent axle and replace the coil springs and shocks. These guys are the best in the business. If you live anywhere near novato ca, this is your only option. Other shops try to scam you to spend as much as possible. This place is the exact opposite. Jeff, dave, and ted are great guys with big brains.

Great guys and willing to help however they could!We were on out way back home to Washington when our car stalled on the highway. Their towing price was reasonable and they were quick and fair when it came to the work. The circumstances for the service was unfortunate but they did their beat to make a bad thing better. Great guys, great work and they really try to work with you to get you on your way.

Dave and Jeff are both terrific. Other shops call them for advice! They are super knowledgeable fair and honest and we take all our cars to them. Ted (at the front desk) is great too! We love Genuine Motors! XOXO
