They will make sure the work you ask for is in your best interest and will actually accomplish your goals. Their knowledge of products and whats available kept me from making some mistakes and made my final car setup exactly how I wanted. Im already planning on having them do more work on my car that I was going to try and do myself. Their pricing is fair and they do professional level work quickly and well.

I was on a roadtrip with two dogs and my girlfriend when I began to experience some trouble with my Outback. Walked into a clean, well kept environment with an incredibly helpful and generous young guy behind the counter.Guy walked out to the sidewalk (hot day), performed some minimal maintenance, gave me what turned out to be perfect advice, and I was on my way. No charge.You search your whole life for a great mechanic, well, this is the place.

I have been going to LIC for years. I always tell people to go to them for work on Subarus. Their service and workmanship are top notch, the prices are fair, and they always get my car back to me on time. I had a mystery check engine code that had me chasing my tail trying to fix. I brought it to LIC, and Boom, they had it figured out in less than an hour! If you want a great go-to shop for your Subaru, this is the place.

Im in Colorado very remote up in the mountains. My little Subaru is an older Outback that I cherishand is a necessity where I live. I ordered headgaskets from this shop back in October and had them shipped to me across the country to Long Island. I was kept informed every step of the way from potential shipping delays due to wildfires to the day they were shipped. LIC’s customer service is unparalleled, and I wish I lived closer to take my car here!!I’m only 1100 miles into my new gasket, but I feel like my 11 year old Legacy has a new lease on life!

I work at an Acura Dealer and I technically dont need to get much service done elsewhere since I have all the resources to do things myself but I try to support them any way I can since they are a private shop. Their work is excellent and always happy to give real-world advice and I wouldnt trust my precious STi with anybody else. I highly recommend them for everything subaru related and they are worth every penny!!
