They took good care of my best friends nails and pedicure, there was a small oversight w/a broken nail however Houston nails gave my friend wonderful repair job and their customer service is # 1 for me Ive done my nails here In the past so I was happy to recommend HN to my BF knowing she would be well treated and they came thru customers are there priority its why I like this place so much. Thank to all the women that do and amazing job...

I booked an appointment for 10:30am, got there 5 min earlier and waited for about 20 min to be seated, but that’s understandable. The lady began to do my nails, she did not prepared my nail at all, she just started with the acrylics. No cutting, no Polishing or anything. When we were half way done, two other costumers arrived and the lady seemed to have forgotten that costumer’s appointment, then she started rushing to be done with my nails. She did a horrible job painting my nails. You can clearly see that she did not painted it properly. I am very unsatisfied to have paid $33 for this horrible job!

Great place!! I’ve had my nails done w 2 different technicians and have been very happy. The salon is always clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Already made my next appointment.

This place is awesome. Small and quiet, and all the employees are friendly and talented. They even have little protective gloves for your hands during gel manicures. I will be going to this place from now on!

They told me to come right over, had me sit down then, after I waited almost 10 minutes said it would be a 10 minute wait. It was a waste of my time.

Stopped in to get my eyebrows done. I thought it was very unprofessional that she was on her phone the entire time doing my eye brows. Will not be going back!

Nice service but a little pricey, don’t offer any deals for large groups, tried to be talkative to pass the time but they weren’t interested, instead just talked to each other a few times and then we’re silent for most of it
