Without any question the sales person was the most obnoxious person over fifteen I’ve ever met. It would take much to long to go over on this post what he did. I am going to report his behavior to the company. I actually thought I might be on a “got you” reality television program. That wasn’t the case. He was really that obnoxious. I got what I went there for. His actions/words overrode any positive I would have usually had. I’ve been in this store many times and always had a great experience with the staff. In the past I’ve always given them a “5” for such good service. This guy was something else.

Thanks to Brittany at the AT&T store in Northwood Crossings, Northport, Al I we have our account back and we can hear our callers and they can hear us. We tried another company trying to get faster service but it didn’t work for us. Brittany walked me through all the steps to get our phones activated and secure our numbers so we didn’t have to change them which would have been a disaster. She deserves a bonus!!!!! AT&T is very luck to have her!!

The manager of this store who wouldn’t give her name. Lied right to my face twice. I wanted to migrate my pre paid number to my new post paid account. She told me that they couldn’t do that. Then told me I could call customer support if I wanted them to tell me it couldn’t be done. I called customer support and was told that can only be done at the store. Set me up a appointment with another store. They did it know problem. If the lazy manager is reading this I hope you treat other customers better than you treated me today.

This location is the BEST AT&T store in Tuscaloosa!! Not only did they fix my issue with my phone, they also lowered my bill over $80. Ask for Terri or Paige they both are wonderful!

This was my first time using this location. When I got home I was having an issue with my new phone, I came back to the store and Chelsea fixed it for me. She did a great job and I am very satisfied. Great customer service. Big thanks to Chelsea.

We waited for 40 minutes and then when it was our turn the lady spent another 5 telling us about her day and about how arrons next door makes phone calls every morning for an hour before they open. We went for a new SIM card and the lady gave us the SIM card and then told us to call customer service and they would finish the rest. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!

Its not the place in particular I dont approve of, its AT& T and their ridiculous prices, policies, plans and services. When u agree to a plan and price EVERY month your bill goes up up and up again. Why should anyone pay as much for tv services as u would for a nice used auto. And forbid if it rains hard I get nothing. Just think if I got refunded for the times the satellite goes out, I would be well off financially, If the government is looking out for its people something should be done about situations like this. I compared my girlfriends plan to mine with DirecTV she gets the same channels with phone all except internet as I do. She pays around 50 bucks while I pay over 200 dollars...Yes you are right, its my own fault I let them take advantage of me. I shouldve moved on years ago with someone else.

I have always had a great experience here. staff is always helpful and willing to answer even my dumb questions. so happy we have a local store so friendly and welcoming.
