You cant find this office because Google take you to Northwood shopping center. They are not located there. This office only will help you if you want new service with Spectrum. If you have a issue with existing hardware you have to take you equipment to Huey town office. I live in Tuscaloosa county not Jefferson county. I think what I need to do is get rid of Spectrum all together.
