I love this place!! I go there for everything. When my brother had sugary I was the one to take care of him(I couldnt really cook..) I would buy like hot pockets or mini pizzas from there. This place is filled with snakes and drinks. I just love it so much!😍

While running out to my vehicle after payment declined on a card.. the elderly cashier with thick prescription glasses says no problem then proceeded to put my items back. After figuring out the payment issue, went back into store less than 3 minutes later he happened to explain the line was excessive, so in which I asked him What does that have to do with my items? He said sorry. Rude ignorance customer service every single visit!! And that is why he works retail folks. Shop down the street!

I am glad to be close to this store staff is usually friendly but slim pickings on several needed items such garbage bags, zip locks, tp, and paper towels started with Covid so its understandable. I like it. Ty staff

This dollar general has basically all of your everyday needs from clothes to food to toiletries and cleaning supplies. Certain shelves were empty, but they had other brands that are just as useful in the toiletries area.

This store has the most friendliest people working in it! They get to know there costumers by name. Its always neat and clean.

The store is clean and neat. No one ever greets you when you walk in or are browsing around. Last visit after checkout, I have several items, and the cashier didnt bag them for me, just finished my transaction turned around and started talking with a co-worker. I found that unbelievably strange, although I couldve asked for a bag, I just grabbed my items and left.

Great place for a quick shopping trip. Convenient neighborhood location. Low prices, friendly staff, open late.

Went there for plastic tote bins and munchies. Store manager is sarcastic.. Rude.. And has no business starting un needed conversations with customers just to tell the customer he or she is wrong at something. Rude to my fiance. She avoids him too. He gets defensive if you tell him to stop bugging you. The employees seem to have more customer service skills than the manager. With dollar General stores all around.. He might want to reconsider his actions toward customers. They can easily go to a different store without inconvenience. For the amount of years that he has been the North Tonawanda DG store manager on Nash rd.. You would think that he would know better by now. Nope. Beware of the creepy manager!

Its dollar general, its cheap sometimes, other times its cheaper at Aldi with a much nastier looking store. Use it for what it is, a place retrofitted into an abandoned Tops store with generic products so if you are in a rush, but not in such a rush that you want to be ripped off at 7-Eleven then this is your place.
