We rented out Ultimate Events Photo Booth and supporting equipment for our annual charity event with over 600 attendees. Scott and his team provided outstanding set up, installation, service and ensured everything went smoothly. The photo booth was a tremendous success and people were raving about it the very next day. Scott my DJ was beyond amazing. He went above and beyond for my husband and I for our wedding. We live in NC and were having our wedding up in Buffalo and Scott was EXTREMELY responsive over email and phone. It made it so much easier to plan the wedding with Scott being so helpful. He was on time and everyone loved him throughout the night. I could not have asked for a better DJ. I am so happy I picked Scott for our wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend Scott.

Best DJ ever!! Scott was amazing. All of my guest at my wedding had a blast. The music was on point with everyone. Every single guest was up and dancing. I also had the photo booth. The attendant was amazing as well. He even made a keepsake photo book for us including a flash drive of all of the photo taken. You can’t beat the price or service. I would highly recommend them!!!

I attended a wedding where Ultimate events was providing the music. I commented to our table how the songs went from one to the next in a kind of smooth flowing motion. Its hard to explain that but it was a really great talent. The crowd was always engaged by the DJ and everyone was having a great time. We didnt want the night to end as we were all having such a good time. Thanks Ultimate Events for a memorable evening.

We had the photo booth and our reception guests loved it and the attendant was great! Our ceremony began late so backed up our reception start time. He added time to our contracted time to accommodate the late reception start time. Our guests said he was personable and let them know where to look and time in between pictures. Our memory book was great. Overall, we had a great experience.

I decided to hire Ultimate Event after attending a wedding at which he was the DJ. Scotty D was incredibly easy to work with and very professional. He made suggestions during the planning process, was very responsive and obviously takes great pride in his work. On the day of, he had clean song transitions, managed time well and successfully got everyone out on the dance floor - even Grandma! Could not have been happier with his services! And the guests LOVED the photo booth.I highly recommend Ultimate Events!

We threw a 21st birthday party for our daughter and DJ Paul was amazing. He was professional, meticulous in his set up and he treated the guests requests and especially the guest of honor like a private dj should, with enthusiasm and excitement!! The lights were great as well! He studied the crowd and made music choices that keep the party dancing all night long!! I would recommend this company to anyone seeking the very best!!

Hired Ultimate Events Dj and Photo Booth for a company party. The music was exactly as requested, fluid and then freestyled. The photo booth was set up and adjusted to our personal taste. Cheese. Everyone who was in the area stopped by and enjoyed the event with us. We utilized Scott from Ultimate Event for our recent Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences reunion weekend at the Curtiss Hotel. Scott was easy to work with prior to the event, organized, and responsive. At the event, he was professional and friendly to our staff and our guests, plus his music choices were literally perfect for our crowd and the feeling our event was going for. Hired for my moms 70th surprise party. Everyone enjoyed the photo booth, had lots of fun props. They werent annoyed that the kids kept going in and taking tons of photos. Loved all the .gif files of the photos!

The photo booth services are sub-par. The company really needs to do a better job with the condition of the props. Broken, taped, and filthy is what you are provided.When trying to discuss it with the owner, he blames it on the attendees.Update:The owner feels it should be noted over the good parts and not let just the props be the sole reason for the low rating.So based on that these are the reasons for a low rating.-Failing to play a requested song.-Ignoring instructions on cuing music and exact end times.-Failing to recognize cues to end songs.-Advertising the dancing waitress-Taking photos of guests vs being a DJ.-Having sweat stained, never washed props.-Taped props.

If youre looking for great uplighting service for your wedding, this is NOT the company to hire!! This company let me down in every way possible. I hired him based on the fact that the owner, Scott, was familiar with the wedding site since that is where I met him during at a bridal show there. He was to provide uplighting from 2:00pm-12:30am. I got to the wedding site at 5:30pm on the day of my wedding to do a final walk through with the wedding coordinator and his equipment was no were to be found. Apparently Scott showed up just before the reception started at 6:30pm. To add insult to injury, he showed up at midnight and began taking down the lights before my reception was over! Next, Scott staged all the lights in every wrong location he could find. Not one light was located where it should have been....on the fireplace and along the walls. Instead, Scott located them around the dance floor where myself, my husband and my guests tripped over them during the time we were there. Lastly, Scott decided he wanted to change the color of the lights I had chosen. I ordered white, he changed to yellow...all by himself without conferring with me first! Yep, this really happened!!!!! I had to rate this guy 1 star because no stars are not a option. Do yourself a favor....spend a little more and hire a professional company!!UPDATE: Scott charged and I paid $300 for the uplighting! My husband and I spent over $30,000 on our wedding and asked that all wedding gifts be made in the form of donations to our favorite charities...obviously money was not an objective to our lawsuit with Scott, but, however, the principle of the fact that screwed up miserably. He admitted wrong doing to us before the lawsuit. For those that have stricter budgets....Buyer Beware!!
