My absolute favorite place!! Finally get to go again, last night was so amazing 😍🔥🙌🏽💃🏽

Didnt make sense to leave the front doors open when its nearly 90* outside, and theres air conditioning inside. It was cooler when we first arrived, but less than an hour later, both of my kids wanted to leave. Wasted $21 for entry and rentals!!!Everything else was fine. Friendly helpful staff, music was not too loud, clean facility, and very cool lights and decor.Will go back when its not so hot outside.

It was fun to come here for the first time in many many years! I wasnt able to skate long due to my asthma but Ill definitely be back.

It was so hot i have no clue what they were thinking when booking parties and people are sweating to the point no one wants to skate i have seen this place packed so i know their profits meet up to atleast go to the home depot and get a large industrial fan my elderly family almost passed out they were barely at the party table.The children said the music was boring atleast have a play list of childrens music for parties like jojo siwa something other than what was on. My family spoke nothing but other places i should have booked. I was so embarrassed and disappointed in this place knowing how many years they have been in business other than that staff was prompt,friendly and food and drinks were great

Havent been here in years, came for a birthday party. It hasnt changed much over the years that I can remember. Kids had a good time, good family environment. Would come back for another childs birthday.

They need to have some sort of online reservation system for the weekend. The clientele is complete trash on the weekend. Like a hood rat convention. With that being said........When the hood rats are not cutting, this place is an absolute blast for my daughter and her friends! Birthday parties are great here as well.

Step back in time to you childhood. Black lights and all this place will bring you bach to you younger days. The only thing that has changed is the music. Classic old-school roller rink. Small arcade and a great place for a birthday party.

It was okay, I just wish there was like better music and I also which there was better games, but what can I say you get what you get.

Coming from my usual rink in Rochester I was pretty excited to see what Western NY had to offer. The rink was very small. Im not sure if they moved impermanent walls in to make the capacity smaller for covid but it just made it crowded. There was no order on the rink whatsoever. People skating against the flow in whichever way they wanted to. Wheeled walkers flying across the rink anytime someone fell. Personally I think walkers are ineffective and dangerous (but to each their own).Its usually difficult for experienced skaters to skate around inexperienced ones. On this rink it wasnt possible. The experienced skaters were just cutting off everyone around them (even kids). Pretty dangerous. No Rink Etiquette At All.Every ten minutes they would make an announcement about keeping masks on except when seated with the consequence of being kicked out. Not enforced at all. Barely anyone wearing a mask correctly, if at all. When we left it was because there were probably 150 people on the small floor. There was no capacity limit and people were still being let in.Prices were high for the space but not outrageous. Good pizza though.

Same old dog, no new tricks. For what it is, and depending on the time of day, it makes for a nice family activity.

Enjoy every moment you spend here you wont find any more out there well you might find some but it really remind people if the 70s its so cool to be able to skate with random people watch stunts performed on the area and they also have an outdoor skate area for people who like to grind their boards on stone

Had a good time for my daughters birthday party on 2/22/20 . We had kids and grownups and everyone had a blast, some grownups said they havent been on skates in like 20yrs (you could tell 🤣) . Dani (employee) was such a great help, thanks Dani !

Went here for my son football team it was the bomb we had great time but just to much vaping but still good.

Had a private party for children in family. So Much Fun! For all ages. The crew were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend this as a family reunion, graduation, birthday party .

I love Rainbow Rink- Weds and Sunday nights are my jam. Especially during these stressful times I need to SKATE! I will always support this great family owned business.

I been going to this rink since I was 10 years old, Sunday’s became the new fad when I turned 21. Under new management Sunday night skate is for 25+ ONLY now, it’s ridiculous considering no alcoholic beverages are even served. Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere and so will all my 23 year old girlfriends. So disappointed in the direction this establishment is going. Tried addressing this to management a few times and am always left on hold or never called back. So unprofessional!

My sons Walker, to help him skate, was taken from us. Turned our backs literally a second, so I could help him tie his skates, and it was gone! Pretty messed up considering they charge an extra $3 to rent it! I suggest NOT coming here on Sundays. This place is packed with people for bday parties! Bunch of thieves!

Everyone should come here. Its amazing. Family oriented and has that vintage roller rink feel to it. I wish I lived closer!!

This place has horrible service. If I could give them negative 1 stars I would. At first they didn’t let us in and had us standing in the cold horrific Weather.

Came here for a birthday party. Honestly didnt even know this was still open. It was a great little place, even had 3 bounce houses inside. Still have the old school roller skates, you know the brown ones with orange wheels.... They provided pizza for the party and popcorn and even served the cake for them. It was a great time. I would go back and check it out on a weekend to see the vibe then.

Rented skates were terrible. Ive been skating since I was a small child and I couldnt use them. They were crooked and one of the pair had two different sized wheels on it. Bright it to the attendants attention she said ok, want to try a different pair. After being told when I got here, they only had over pair of my size. I declined. So glad I paid $5 for the minutes of skating.

We couldn’t get in because of covid and other people was cutting us and we told them to stop never again going to that place that’s for sure.

Love this place! My daughters and I can properly kill an afternoon here. Staff is super friendly. I drive from West Seneca to come here, we like it better than OP rink and dj spinners. Cant wait to check out the adult skate nights!

Came to skate on Sunday Night & couldnt even get in bc they were filled to compacity. Highly disappointed that when I looked inside. There was barely anyone in the rink skating but majority just standing around like its a night club. This is not cool to those of us who actually wanna skate & not these to be clubbing. They need to come up with a better policy regarding how many non skaters are actually allowed to enter.

I had fun here, I picked the wrong night though. Family night on Saturday was cute but I really think to have adult night on Sunday when the majority of folks have to work on Monday morning is nonsensical. Otherwise a good time was had by all.

Nice rink. Has arcade and bouncy house. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because you have to pay for the walkers that help you skate. It is not the money but that now you have to keep that thing with you all night

Nice rink fun for birthdays. Food was good. Arcade games were fun but there were quite a few that didnt work. Parking is limited, we had to park on the street and the rink didnt seem that full. Music selection wasnt bad but, with all the kids birthday parties happening that day, I was expecting a more kid friendly play list.

I went to the Learn to skate class but i was told it was for kids only. I thought that it was all ages based on your website. If that is not the case i would really like to have lesson because i got brand new skates and Im not sure how to use them.

Fun time for people who like to roller skate (or rollerblade)! Not expensive. At this time its $9 for admission and skates. Enthusiasts attend this place a lot, and its good for kids earlier in the day from what I hear.

It is still the amazing place I grew up with!! Staff is friendly and helpful. I took my 3 year old for Saturday morning skating lessons. She cant wait to go again!!!!

Loved this place! I went there with family and I must say I had lots of fun. The music, the price, and environment was chill. Nonetheless the facility needs some renovations to update the interiors and include some good foods.

Really fun old school rink with wood floors and disco lights. Rent rollerblades or roller skates. They have some training frames for new little skaters. Live DJ so music selection can be random but fun. Dont bother eating here, just reheated frozen fried things, just come and skate!

Had a birthday party there, the kids had a very good time there’s three bounce houses. Also a game room and of course the roller rink.

Had a decent time. But the rink is very small and there are no skate guards or rules so its like skating at your own risk. They need to hire more workers because they definitely make enough money from their customers.

Its the last rink left....I feel like a dinosaur....but you wont find me anywhere else....would like to see the rainbow lit up though

Friendly place that my daughter loves. Shes only 5 and needs a walker at times out there and a bit slow. Everyone is respectful (even the teen aged skaters that fly by).I dont skate, and I dont care for the tunes played ( not that theyre bad - just not my style - Im old ) so I will bring headphones next time.Staff was friendly and helpful.

Twice got turned away on Sunday night I am a long time skate. The make shift security guards said it was full to capacity that was false. Could use some customer service classes also . Some culture changes need to be made.

Clean fun and worth the drive if you are anywhere in western NY. I love coming here during the weekdays because the rink isn’t as packed so you kind of have a lot of space for yourself or if you have novice children you can teach them without being in the way of fast skaters. Tip - bring your own skates!!!

Took my daughter skating there, and we had a lot of fun! Prices are good, everyone is friendly and some of her friends from school were there! It gets very hot in there, so I would suggest dressing accordingly.

This is a very nice roller rink. I attended for a birthday party and my kids loved it. They have a few bounce houses as well. They had both roller blades and regular roller skates. Its pretty cool and fun.

Definitely in need of some updates and cleaning. The staff was slow with the food and there were a lot of rowdy tweens that really should have had an adult keeping them under control. The cotton candy machine was out of order and the vending machine for the snacks ate my money and they wouldnt figure out a way to get me my money. The skates are well worn and you will definitely get a foot fungus if you dont wear socks in them. There were kids vaping nonstop in the bathroom and later in the night there was a drug bust involving four or five 14 year old boys. The place is the same as its always been just with new paint, I was hoping things would have improved since 2012 but unfortunately it is still bad.

Took my nieces (ages 6 & 10) here on a Friday night. They had a blast. From an adult perspective its okay. Most of the Friday night crowd is middle school teenagers...inconsiderate, rude and obnoxious little punks. Admission and snack bar prices are fair. Facility and equipment could use a real good cleaning.

Rainbow is a place where I like to hang out with friends, dance to music, and skate. I been there so many times and forgot where I left off. Skates for all sizes, food, they host parties, and more (arcade). I went to teen skate nights and those were the best. I loved dancing to the great playlist of music rainbow has, including new 2018 jams.

Good place for spend time with the family. Good price and nice for make party. Nice staff!!!!!

Great fun for a 5/6 year old birthday party. Service was superb. Price was reasonable when compared to bounce magic or chuckie cheese. Highly recommend.
