Another fantastic repair at Poulsons. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Great work, fair price. I wont take my Acura anywhere else.

I sincerely recommend going to a different mechanic shop. My girlfriends car broke down on the freeway with a check engine light and was towed to Poulsons Automotive. We asked that he (Brad) do a diagnostic on the car to see what was going on. All he did... was hook up the diagnostic tool to pull the code for a camshaft sensor. He didnt open it.. he didnt lift it.. it was in the exact same spot from where we left it. He ended up charging us $40.00 for this service. He then asked for $140.00 to replace the Camshaft sensor. The part is a $20 and took me 30 minutes to replace it. The car still wont start so he was wrong in the first place from his service. He then threatens to charge me $18.00/day for the car sitting in a business strip mall parking lot that he does not own (property). The car is no where near his suite (still where the tow truck left it). If I didnt comply or get it towed he will make it disappear. I strongly recommend not taking your vehicle to Poulsons Automotive in North Salt Lake UT

This place is the BEST! We have taken ALL of our vehicles here and Brad always takes good care of us. I trust him 100%--which is rare for an auto repair shop. Their prices cant be beat and the work is top-notch. Poulsons has a customer for life :)

Brad, has been fair, Price point is good and he is knowledgeable on the foreign models. was recommended to me my by a coworker, has completed several jobs for both of us and has been spot on.

This place is a rip off. He tried to charge me over $227 to install a wire and charge my ac. Got the same job done by an honest mechanic for $160 out the door. Go here at your own peril.

Took my car in to have the thermostat replaced. He called and said it would cost $149+tax. I called another car repair shop to get a quote and they said it would only cost $90. I called Brad back and he said even if I took it elsewhere he was still going to charge me a $40 diagnostic fee. It took him over a day to do what should have taken 30mins.Poor service and zero customer service whatsoever! He also told me he would replace my windshield wipers with new ones that I bought, and he didnt do it. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!

Overcharged. My 2 year old, my fiance and myself were on a road trip. Our tire almost fell off on the freeway and we pulled off. Only 2 bolts were still holding the wheel on. I asked The owner of the shop if I could jack it up and tighten some bolts and he insisted I drive the car into the shop, never mentioning a price. He was somewhat friendly but not too knowledgeable about cars, he only tightened the bolts and put a spare one he had sitting around. I said I could give a couple bucks for a bolt as he put it on without saying much (or drive down the street to get some as they were only 2$) he tried charging me 30$ for couple nuts. Got it down to 20$ and left. I wont ever go back to this man.
