This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and not KSL and I’ll never go anywhere else for cars again. I went to other dealerships around Utah and this one had the best employees and best deals! CJ the sales manager, Edward the sales agent and the finance manager Brittany were amazing and very kind people to work with. They were very patient with all of my questions, and didn’t make me feel like I was buying things I didn’t understand fully. First time car buyer. This purchase was a 5 year old, but very clean, vehicle. Chase, the sales guy I worked with, was great. He was personable, honest, and worked well with me when I had questions. He never pressured me. The rest of the process was rough though. The manager and finance gal wanted to push me around a little bit, especially the finance manager. It took 5 days between writing the check to getting the keys. And the service department did an awful job cleaning the vehicle. I had asked 3 times for different things to be washed/removed, and I had to ask a fourth time when I picked the vehicle up. I had a bad feeling about buying from a dealership, and they proved me right.
Jerry Seiner North Salt Lake has some of the most honest and fair deals in Utah. They never charge over MSRP and always do their best to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Great service and kind people.

The Service manager was very helpful in explaining why the various recommendations needed to be completed. The service was completed on time and more importantly they were able to accomplish the repairs in less time than anticipated, so my bill was slightly lower than originally quoted.
I really appreciated how Steve, Ed, Britany, and Kevin treated me. I was not an easy case and had just left a really bad situation at a different dealership. Once the truck arrived it was a smooth process. Hanna Miller did all that she was able to do for us and I appreciate her efforts in helping us. She deserves a raise. Unfortunately this dealership ran our credit for a second time even though we had already had it run. That was disappointing. Having to wait 8 weeks for the vehicle was also unfortunate. Even more so was the fact that the price went up on the vehicle even though the hold up had nothing to do with us. Love the truck. Did not love the process.

Hanna and Steven are awesome. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both of them. I’m currently trying to trade in my car and both have them have been so helpful I’ve looked at a couple cars which I have loved but have been out of my price range or little features that I’m looking for. Unlike some car sales people who just try to get a sale and be done Hanna and Steven care. They have not tried to push me to like something I don’t instead they have took what I told them I liked and search for what they think I would be interested and send it to me. They are actually helping me find a car that I want and love and not just trying to get a sale, and this is why I gave them 5 stars and continue to go back to them. They are awesome I 10/10 recommend both of these associates.

I set an appointment for an oil change. I showed up on time. I was checked in quickly. Was waiting in the lobby. Took over AN HOUR to get the vehicle back. This is totally acceptable for a walk in. But if you schedule and appointment and arrive on time, this should be a 15-30 min visit.

They try to find ways not to warranty a vehicle warranty purchased through them. I purchased a used vehicle with 70,000miles. I was having some transmission shifting problems. I took it in to have it looked at. They voided the warranty due to no record of transmission changes and oil changes. Said the transmission fluid is supposed to be changed at 49,000 miles. I have only drove it 9,000 miles since we got it. Turns out my vehicle warranty was already void when I originally purchased the vehicle and purchased the extended plus warranty. So I will take my business somewhere else.ThanksJeremy

Wouldnt recommend going here to anyone. Took my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Special Edition (very rare care by the way) here twice and nothing got fixed. They tried to tell me I had a bad battery and leaking water pump. Neither of those were bad before I took them to the dealership. They talked me into replacing the water pump which didnt even get replaced at all. They just cleaned it off with brakleen. I was a mechanic for 10 years. I know what is and isnt supposed to be done. These guys have no clue what theyre doing. Im out almost $1100 for the work they supposedly did. Then tried to tell me I also had a bad battery which I didnt because my car was starting fine and everything was working prior to going in here. My battery was two years old. They swapped in an even older battery before giving the car back to me. That is illegal! I have contacted a lawyer and am filing a lawsuit. Youre better off having a dog fix your car. Seriously.

Thank you to my service tech Blake and my diesel mechanic Vance.I had been to, 2 other GM dealerships 3 times to fix the same problem.The other dealership, Newbie GM, in St George did not fix my truck but gladly took my money.When I got to Jerry Seiner NSL I was beyond frustrated and had no confidence that my truck would ever be fixed.I believe the truck is fixed now.I have not really worked the truck yet (pulling trailer, or long distance).

We bought a car from there that ended up having issues and Nathan in the service department was so helpful and willing to do what it took to make things right!
We were in a crisis and had to have the car fixed - so we went with the dealer (Jerry Seiner). We know they do good work, though we expect it to be a little more expensive. Knowing what was broken, I looked up the parts - worst case scenario - that would be needed. On the receipt it was the part that I assumed for worst case - and Jerry Seiner charged us about a 70% mark up on parts compared to what I could find for OEM GM parts at authorized sellers. We expected the price mark up - but I dont think we expected it to be 70% more than available elsewhere.So it was very expensive, but it was done in a timely fashion. Now that weve had the car back for a few days - it looks like good work, no leaks.When my wife went to pick up the vehicle, the service tech told her he had a coupon that would give her $300 off. This cut significantly into the part markup - which was awesome. And, quite honestly, had us viewing the experience as being pretty positive. Maybe the dealership wasnt ridiculously expensive after all, and we should go there for future repairs.That good feeling lasted less than 24 hours, when the tech called back the next day to tell us that there had been a clerical error in the billing. Numbers had been transposed, and in spite of the $300 off coupon, we still owed $300. Im pretty sure clerical error is code for the tech wasnt supposed to give us a coupon for any discount.The hours for the job are dictated by the book - and the time stated was on the receipt - we know that wasnt the error. And if the part was supposed to be $300 more than originally priced, then it would have been a 220% markup. I suppose thats possible. But the most likely error was that they werent supposed to give us the coupon.So - in the end - what couldve ended as a more-expensive-than-anticipated-repair but overall good feeling about Jerry Seiner, assuring that we return for future repairs when needed, actually ended with a rotten feeling of being taken advantage of and an assurance that well never return and wont be recommending Jerry Seiner to any of our friends or family either.Ill give you two stars for getting the repair done right (so far, so good). But Im holding back a couple of stars for poor customer service and another for the high cost.

I brought my duramax in a while back for a warranty issue. When I dropped it off I explained that it was my ride home so I would like it back same day. The service advisor was nice enough to offer me a ride to work👍🏻 I went to work and while at work got a phone call about noon that my truck had been diagnosed and repaired already. I was very pleased with my service and will return.

Went in to get a new timing belt installed as part of 100k mile upkeep. Was told it would take about a day or so. They called the next day and said they were missing a part and offered a rental for me to drive over the weekend while we waited. So far, pretty impressed and happy. I was called again the next weekday to let me know they had finished. When I went in to pick up my vehicle I was given a total twice the original quoted price. Only then was I informed that they had fixed my water pump as well due to a leak.Now I appreciate the proactive care for my vehicle... when Im notified of it. I was on the phone twice with these people with NO mention of extra work being added onto my bill. Its been running just fine since installation, so I have no complaints of the actual service. But the lack of communication really hurt. I only requested a timing belt when I made my appointment and when I dropped the car off. If I had been clearly informed over the phone that another issue had been spotted and needed to be addressed I wouldnt be upset at all. Just tell me youre doing more than what I requested!! Especially on repairs that run me twice the original quote.I dont know if I will keep using them or not. The work is good, but I cant afford to play Russian roulette with my car and finances; will I pay for just the repair I know about or some bonus extras??
We had an overall good experience purchasing our new suv from JS GMC. Logan, our sales person was great and was so helpful from the moment we met her. She kept in contact with us every step of the way and provided weekly updates on our suv while it was in production. When it arrived she graciously delivered the vehicle to us and made signing the paperwork a breeze. Brittany in finance was wonderful to work with as well. It was apparent that providing great customer is a priority for this dealership and Logan and Brittany exemplified this mission.

I brought my 2018 GMC Canyon Denali in for service because it was stuck in Park (couldnt move the gear shift)--actually had to have it towed from my house to the dealership. The service department did a great job fixing the problem and keeping me informed about it, as always.What really stood out this time was the support of the finance department. The service department had originally told me that my extended warranty wouldnt cover the nearly $600 repair, but when I went in to pick the truck up, I inquired of the finance department and indicated that I thought it should be covered.After spending time with me, and making a couple of calls to the warranty company, the Jerry Seiner staff came back and told me that the repair cost was in fact covered except for a $50 deductible.I was just very impressed with the staffs courtesy, time, and attention to my issue. This is the very reason I purchased an extended warranty, and was very happy that the staff went to bat for me and treated me like a valued customer.Thank you very much!
First of all, who I communicated with over email was the person I worked with once I physically came into the dealer, which is rare and saved me from having to go over all of the details again. I knew the out the door price for purchase or lease before I even walked through the door and there were no surprises in that area. They went out of their way to make sure I had a good test drive experience and the whole process was direct and as quick as possible. This was my second purchase from Jerry Seiner in 6 months and both have been great experiences and have won my repeated business. Their prices and vehicle selection are the best in the state, I’ll definitely be back again.

I walked in to take a 2021 GMC Sierra 15000 AT4, with the Duramax for a test drive. The salesman Steven Gallo, immediately greeted me and was very pleasant. We test drove another truck with the 6.2 v8, in addition to the Duramax. Throughout the whole process, Steven was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. It really was the truck I wanted minus the running boards, but I decided to get it anyways. I cant say enough good things about the entire experience and how Ive been treated by everyone there. So, I never have an appointment. I drop off my car at the dealership at night after my kids go to sleep and leave my keys in the overnight drop box. Most cases, the next morning before 9AM, they call me or send me an in-depth vehicle overview and recommendation video in a convenient text that I can review at my leisure. I then give them the thumbs up to have at my vehicle in whatever they recommend. They then SEND ME A FREAKING RIDE TO PICK ME UP TO COME GET MY CAR. They wanna make my life easier? It seems like they do. They will continue to get my service until they insult my wife and kids or go out of business. Whichever comes first. Doing a great job guys!!!
Nathan went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my truck and boat trailer worked well together. I purchased a 2021 gmc 2500hd from jerry seiner less than 6 months ago. A few months prior, we also purchased a brand new boat with trailer brakes. Unfortunately, i discovered the trailer brakes didnt work, and after hours and hours of the boat shop giving me the run around and not solving the problem, nathan simply said, bring it in, i can fix it! and he did just that!...and i didnt even have to take my truck to the shop, they picked the truck and boat trailer up from my house!!! Nathan found a circuit that had come loose from the circuit board and his technicians simply re-welded it. I literally am blown away by how EXCELLENT jerry seiners customer service is. As a business owner, I understand the importance of treating people the way i want to be treated - I now have a new standard - treat other people BETTER than i want to be treated, as i have been shown by Nathan at jerry seiner.
