I was working on my own vehicle. I was changing out the tie rod ends. They were seized and I could not get them loose. I called them and asked if they would loosen them and they said to come by. I came right after and they did it when I came in and did not charge. I really appreciated the help. They have earned a customer.

Very pleased with Lance Paul Automotive. I need all my brakes & rotors replaced and brought my Mitsubishi in. They were able to get me in right then and finished my replacement before the end of the day. Great customer service and great quality work with quickness. Definitely going back and referring others also!

Went in for a Throttle body cleaning on my 2011 Denali. Drove from Utah County to North Salt Lake. Saved me $100 on the service. Most places were charging $250. Got it done for $150. Got the job done faster than they said it would. Definitely worth the drive. Will be going back regularly for regular maintenance.

I told them what was going on and what I thought it was. They did their own inspection and came to the same conclusion. The quality work was done quickly and was affordable.

Lance was honest and professional. I simply came in for an oil change and he did not try to up-sell me or pressure me into anything. Nov 2020- 5*- The car we sent my daughter to college with needed some work, work that we thought had been repaired over the summer. It was now October. After being to several different mechanics in CA over the summer and being reassured that the problem had been fixed, my father-in-law highly recommended Lance Paul. Lance and his team of mechanics was able to correctly find, diagnose, and repair the issue we had been so frustrated with for years. In addition, he caught some minor issues (for a nominal cost) that would become bigger ($$) issues if not dealt with soon.I am grateful to Lance Paul Automotive for their patience, determination and creativity in locating a very frustrating issue that when corrected would add years and miles to an awesome car. I did not overpay nor underpay, for excellent service to both my car and to myself and my daughter as people.Next time Im in Utah Im bringing my car problems to Lance Paul. Highly recommend!

Lance Paul did not try to sell us on services that didnt need to be done like most other auto shops that try to take advantage of you because of how clueless you might be with maintenance. Great Experience, they fixed a very complex problem with my car’s engine. It was a very reasonable price, and they added new oil to my car as an added bonus, plus gave a discount on labor since it was an extensive repair. Would highly recommend!

We just had our AC and brakes fixed here. Im super happy with it! There was no pressure to upsell us. They addressed things that we already knew were concerns, asked if we wanted them fixed, happily fixed the things we asked, and I didnt think they were outrageously priced. Didnt feel like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of cuz Im a girl who doesnt know about mechanical issues. Super clean office space. Were really happy!

These guys really took care of me. They are like family. I trust them over any other place in the valley. I trust them so much I literally drive here all the way from herriman to have them work on my car. During the repair, an 8 dollar part on my car broke. They had a driver go all the way to West valley just to get it and they only charged me the 8 dollars extra. they deserve 10 stars but I can only give 5

I have finally found my mechanic. Lance has a great team working for him. I have brought my truck to him many times and I have never been disappointed. For all of you who trusted Lance Paul & claim he saved you money, that savings could very well have been made up by me, had I trusted his word, work & professionalism. Upon getting my car inspected, he called and told me my brake light assembly was inoperative & a replacement would be $400.00 dollars not including labor. Too my knowledge there was no trouble shooting. I told him to leave it alone & not to touch it. Upon getting my car home, I found the light to work perfectly. Confronting him upon my return and a few choice words on my part got me a sorry about that and an offer of a free oil change next time I came in. I told him I would not be in ever again, therefore refused his offer. Ive never before been to a place this lacking in competency and professionalism.Roy

Possibly, the best place to take your car to get repaired. Lance is such an honest guy and he is upfront about what the car needs and he wont over charge you.Talk about amazing!I have had my car for three years, when I had to do safety and emissions testing two years ago, my car didnt pass, because it didnt have a window washer fluid reservoir.... Weird, right? My father bought me a new reservoir, and every mechanic I went to said, it didnt fit and I would have to buy a new/different/smaller reservoir... Another mechanic said I would have to pay $134 to have it put into my car. Little do you know, it does fit into my car! Lance fixed my problem & I only got charge roughly around $34. Now theres no more sticking my hand out the window with a bottle of window washer fluid to get the bugs of my windshield. :)I would recommend everyone to go to Lance Automotive!

Trustworthy. Weve known Lance a long time and he does work at a reasonable rate and its trustworthy work. He has a great operation and has always been good to us.

I have been coming to Lances shop for over a year now. He has always treated me very well and done excellent work on all my vehicles. Prices are fair and reasonable. My only regret is that he is so far away from me. I live in South Jordan, and his shop is in West Bouniful. It takes me 25 to 30minutes to get to him, but it has always been worth the drive.

He is a great mechanic. Im not sure what this other review is on him being dishonest. He rebuilt an engine and had done a lot of work for me and has saved me a lot of money in doing so. Also he is quick to respond if i need help. Recently my radiator is going bad and he ordered a new one for me to put in myself and didnt charge to see what was wrong with it. I would recomend 1000 time over

Been with Lance for over 4 years now. He is so good, I still drive up from Millcreek in SLC to see him. I pass several other shops on the way, one around the corner from my house, but the peace of mind of knowing that it is being done right, and for a fair price is worth it every time. If I could give him a Ten Star I would! He is the most honest and best mechanic I have ever used! I have a Audi and they can have some weird and expensive issues. I bring it to Lance it always gets solved and its never a big bill. Hes honest which these days is rare and I would recommend him to anyone and do!If your looking for a good mechanic look no further.
