Had my car break down on the side of the freeway the other day. I had my car towed to Evans Automotive which happened to be the closest mechanic. I was exceptionally pleased by my experience with them. They set realistic expectations for when they would be able to take a look at my car and give me a quote. I did not end up getting a repair done by them because the car sadly is not worth much. However, we picked up a trailer to haul it to Logan and the staff was super friendly throughout the whole situation. They even stayed after hours to help us get the car loaded onto the trailer. Will for sure be going back for future car repairs when in the area.

Very nice new facility. Replaced wheel bearings on 3/4ton Chevy 4x4 in less than a full day. I thought it would take several days. Lots of communication back and forth which I really appreciated. Truck feels great, work is very clean and price was less than I was expecting.

My drivers door window fell, and it wouldnt come back up. Chuck had it diagnosed in less than 5 min. He had a part, knew I had appointments, had me in and out in under 2 hours. So I tried it and was very satisfied, they looked at my dad’s 2004 Ford Explorer transmission issue to confirmed on the issue his been having with the reverse problem. Anyhow, they were on top of being on time with our appointment and honest in the details we needed to understand. He gave us several options for us to decide and did not pressure us to stay to fix. We respect his integrity and appreciated his honest diagnoses of the problem. We will definitely go back. They were so easy to work with! I got my car in the next day, they found the parts exclusive to my car brand, Lincoln, and had it fixed by 2pm, same day! I was able to pick my vehicle up later that day, when it worked for my schedule. The work they did is great! They replaced the windshield wiper nozzles located on the front hood. They look great, and function properly. The price was fair. Clean, bright, friendly atmosphere. I will definitely come back!

Brought in a older truck that was having transmission issues. It took two days to diagnosis the issue. This is only because it was an unusual issue with the transmission. Wouldnt shift out of first and wasnt throwing any codes. So they had to get into the transmission to identify the problem.I did not get the issue fixed only because the truck is old and it may not be worth getting it fixed. The employees I spoke with were friendly and were able to communicate effectively with me when explaining the issues my vehicle was having.They recommended that the transmission needed to be replaced, or rebuilt. Ive been shopping it around the past couple of days and their prices are pretty much comparable to other repair shops. Unfortunately I dont know enough about pricing to know if this is good, or if most repair shops are charging too much.But, they came across as honest and didnt try to upsell me on other stuff. And they didnt pressure me at all regarding getting it fixed. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I had some vibration while I was driving at freeway speeds. Evans Automotive took a look and noticed it was one of my tires. A new set of tires and an alignment and everything is working great. Great service!

Evans Automotive helped me out in a pinch when my car battery died. They stayed open past their closing time to wait for the tow truck to get my car to them, and got me sorted without any trouble (and even found a couple things I didn’t know about and fixed me right up). Chuck and his staff are so kind and courteous and knowledgeable, and I found their prices to be very fair. I was so happy to find out I have such a high quality auto shop so close to home. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Chuck is fantastic! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Very fast and efficient. Extremely good customer service, welcomes you with a big smile and will do everything they can to get you back on the road for the right fair price. They were able to save me over $600 through honest service. A couple of others that were extremely helpful were Brandon and Larry. Larry is a great straightforward honest employee who will do whatever research needed to make sure you get the best deal. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I certainly recommend them.

There was a bad wild fire threatening neighborhoods and Chuck was volunteering to assist; thats just the kind of man he is. However, everyone in this place is awesome. Even with Chuck gone, the service we received was timely and top notch. I cannot speak highly enough about Evans Automotive.

My honda accord wouldnt start, sent it to honda performance, they said it was the alternator and wanted almost $700 to change. Then I was told about Evan Automotive inc. Went there and it turned out it was not the alternator it was something else much less, it cost me about $290 or little more to fix it. Love it. Works great! They saved me a lot of $. Had a transmission problem. Dealership tried to fix it 3 times, finally took the car to Evans. They fixed it the first time. Several other repair items were all taken care of quickly and expertly. Prices were reasonable.

High gear went out in my transmission. Chuck got me a new one and Im as good (or better than) as new. No hassle, no surprises, everything just works.

If you want it done right and honest, go to Chuck. He will tell you what really needs to happen. I have been going there for years, and will continue do to so. Some times its a cheap easy fix, sometimes it was more then I was hopping. Either way, its always fixed right, and fixed the way it NEEDS to be done.

First appointment, they did a good job fixing the idle in my Honda Accord. Went back for a second scheduled appointment, I broke a fastener off in my engine block. And asked if they could help get it out. I also thought I was un able to reach a sensor because of that. Maybe it may of been un needed to bring it in to get to the knock sensor, but i still would of appreciated them looking into the bolt in the block. But instead the mechanic made me feel like an idiot for even bringing it in. I left feeling both belittled, and embarrassed, and without even leaving my car for them to look at.

Kept getting an message that the oil was low, the low engine oil sensor was failing and Chuck fixed it in a afternoon. reasonable price. It is a great place to take your car if you are having problems with it.
