Mr. Herb McCollum was very nice to talk with and worked with me in my situation. I felt like I was talking with a southern gentleman 😀. The price was right and the service was great! He was so much easier to deal with than the large companies. He will definitely get my business again.

Herb was very nice and helpful, even picked us up from our condo as were were maybe a mile away. Rate was great compared to other rental agencies. We had a white Explorer for the 5 of us. Had lights on all over the dash, ABS, TPMS, check engine, alert it needed an.oil change. If we didnt need a vehicle because of a breakdown on vacation, probably wouldnt have rented.

Flew in to MB needing a car and luckily found this little mom and pop car rental. The man was super nice. I felt the good’ole southern hospitality from this place. And he told me about some great restaurants which were awesome!

If you want a simple no frills experience, this is the place. Herbie the owner was extremely nice and professional. He saved me hundreds of dollars over renting from the airport. The cars are older but on vacation what do you really need? Will use again next year, thank you Herb!

The owner is soo sweet. He was so personable and the car was a perfect little beach cruiser for our family for the week.

Scam company, they tried to make money after you leave by claiming you lost their key, non-refuel with very high price. Cheap but not cheap! Becareful !

This place is terrible call then they hang up call back no one answers what a joke of a place.

I took a friend here and after several calls asking exactly were they were located ( No signs on building and not located at the addres given) never found it.. No clear directions to this place other than across from the airport..

Holy cow, rented a 2004 explorer that had service on, change oil light on, and abs light on. When I booked it on the phone I asked 2x What year is it he said he didnt know. Then after I drive it back home I decided that I cant take the chance so I called him to return it hewent ballistic on me .stay clear of this mess.

Picked us up after hours at our condo, was very professional and provided a super nice car

We rented a older Ford Explorer, filled it completely up with fuel, drove it to get groceries and a couple short trips before it started overheating. Had to return it and got two vehicles in place of one because they did not have another unit that would carry six people. Had we continued to drive the Explorer it would have ruined the engine. So we saved his hunk of junk. The Saturn we received had dry rotted tires and a wheel bearing going out and a break hanging up, we felt as if it was way too dangerous to drive. The Ford focus was a little better had broken windshield and the headlights were so foggy you couldn’t see to drive at night. Both had been smoked in and were somewhat dirty. All of them had 17000 or more miles on them. We ended up having to take an Uber back to the airport because he couldn’t take us all back in one vehicle we also had to Uber upon arrival because they close at 5pm. He gave $24 of the $45 back for fuel that I put into the Explorer. So basically we had no dependable vehicle that we could drive to Charleston, as planned. Save your money we could have rented one nice vehicle from enterprise and would have been cheaper in the long run after having to pay for a Uber two times. Stay away these cars are not safe!!!! Oh by the way I’m In the used car business and my son just graduated from State technical school in Missouri with a degree in high performance engines, So we are experienced in automotive industry.The only reason I give them a one star review is because he did take 3 of the 6 of us to the airport.

Would never use this mans business again! He left us stranded broke down in his car over 2 hrs from home left it to us to get us and his crappy car home and now we having to sue him to get our 400.00 tow bill back! So less then 5 stars
